Abstract

The data leakage and misuse of information by unauthorized parties that had happened forces the protection of security of information system in the Faculty of Engineering Diponegoro University (SIFT UNDIP) to be improved. This research aims to identify the risks, to analyze security of information system management, and to  determine risk priority in SIFT UNDIP. This research is conducted using Failure Mode Effect and Analysis method based on ISO 27001 framework. Analysis results show that there are 25 risk agents in SIFT UNDIP which are categorized into four types of assets. The highest risk in High Level Risk category is the risk of dependence on employees which has Risk Priority Number value of 80.

Abstract

Tujuan – Jurnal ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian metode Distribution and Requirement Planning (DRP) dalam menentukan penjadwalan yang diakukan pada lifting produk Premium-88 dan Pertamax-92 di PT. Pertamina (Persero), dengan berdasarkan pada data peramalan demand per periode Maret – April 2016. Tujuan pada jurnal ini adalah membandingkan jadwal lifting produk dengan menggunakan DRP dan berdasarkan data realisasi perusahaan, sehingga diketahui gap yang sebelumnya tidak pernah diantisipasi.Metodologi – Jurnal ini mengambil data dari observasi dilakukan selama satu bulan dari tanggal 1 Februari 2016 sampai 29 Februari 2016 di PT. Pertamina (Persero). Dalam melakukan pengolahan data, langkah-langkahnya dibagi menjadi empat tahap, yaitu Forecasting, Nettiing, Lotting, Offsetting, dan Explosion. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah analisis data STS dan wawancara secara langsung mengenai pengelolaan dari lifting produk PT. Pertamina (Persero). Perhitungan DRP yang dilakukan tidak menggunakan reorder point karena system yang digunakan oeh PT. Pertamina (khususnya Refinery Unit Balongan) menggunakan push system.Hasil – Hasil DRP dengan realisasi Premium dan Pertamax pada Maret 2016 ada perbedaan dalam jumlah lifting. Perhitungan DRP, premium dilakukan lifting sebanyak 9 kali sedangkan realisasi sebanyak 8 kali. Perhitungan DRP Pertamax dan realisasi tidak ada perbedaan jumlah lifting, yaitu sebanyak 2 kali. Terdapat penghematan produk yang dikirim yaitu 12.017 KL pada produk Premium dan 552 KL pada produk Pertamax. AbstractScheduling on Lifting Premium-88 and Pertamax-92 Products using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) Method in Anticipating Demand Forecasting on Period March-April 2016. This journal uses the approach of Distribution and Requirement Planning (DRP) method in determining the scheduling for the lifting of Premium-88 and Pertamax-92 products in PT. Pertamina (Persero), based on demand forecasting data on period March - April 2016. The purpose of this journal is to compare product lifting schedule by using DRP and based on company realization data, so the gap is known which previously was never anticipated. The data was taken from the observation at PT. Pertamina (Persero) on February 1, 2016 until February 29, 2016. In performing data, the steps are divided into four stages, Forecasting, Netting, Lotting, Offsetting, and Explosion. Activities which undertaken are STS data analysis and direct interviews regarding the management of lifting products of PT. Pertamina (Persero). Calculation of DRP is not using reorder point because the system used by PT. Pertamina (especially Balongan Refinery Unit) uses push system. DRP results with the realization of Premium and Pertamax in March 2016 there is a difference in the number of lifting. DRP calculation, premium is lifted by 9 times while the realization of 8 times. Calculation of DRP Pertamax and realization there is no difference in the number of lifting, which is 2 times. There are savings on shipped products which are 12,017 KL on Premium products and 552 KL on Pertamax products.
