<![CDATA[PT. Dwimatama Multikarsa (DMK) merupakan perusahaan pengantongan pupuk urea di Semarang. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas rantai pasoknya, perusahaan ini sering mengalami masalah mulai pada proses pengadaan, produksi, hingga pengiriman. Pada proses pengadaan, perusahaan ini sering mengalami keterlambatan raw material sehingga berpengaruh pada keterlambatan waktu proses produksi yang berujung tidak tercapainya target volume produksi pengantongan pupuk dan terlambatnya pengiriman. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan evaluasi mengenai kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui performansi kinerja rantai pasok, mengidentifikasi indikator yang bermasalah, serta menentukan usulan perbaikan pada indikator tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan metode SCOR yang dapat mengukur seluruh proses inti rantai pasok dari hulu hingga hilir. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan 5 proses inti, dan dijabarkan dalam setiap atribut dan metrik-metrik kinerja yang disajikan dalam bentuk Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Selain itu juga dilakukan pembobotan tiap metrik menggunakan AHP. Menurut hasil penelitian, didapatkan total kinerja rantai pasok PT. DMK adalah sebesar 73,344 yang masuk dalam kategori Baik. Namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator kinerja yang masuk dalam kategori average dan marginal yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Perbaikan tersebut diberikan berdasarkan best practice yang ada di metode SCOR. Abstract PT. Dwimatama Multikarsa (DMK) is a urea fertilizer packing company in Semarang. In carrying out its supply chain activity, this company often has problems starting from procurement, production, to delivery process. In the procurement process, this company often delays raw materials so that it affects the delay in the production process it’s not reaching the production volume of fertilizer packing and delayed delivery.Therefore, it’s necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain, which aims to determine the performance of the supply chain, identify the problem indicators, and determine the proposed improvement on the indicator. In this study discussed the measurement of supply chain performance using SCOR method that can measure the whole process of supply chain core from upstream to downstream. Measurements are based on five core processes, and are described in each attribute and performance metrics presented in the form of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI). It also weighted each metric using AHP. According to the results of research, obtained total supply chain performance of PT. DMK is equal to 73,344 which included into Good category. However, there are still some performance indicators that fall into the category of average and marginal priority for improvement.
