Abstract

Hotel X in Mataram City, a company operating in the hospitality industry, faces challenges in maintaining and improving employee performance to deliver optimal services to guests. Employee performance is influenced by various factors, including job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline, which need to be effectively managed by the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all 47 employees of  Hotel X. A saturated sampling technique was applied, allowing the entire population to be included as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 52.659, which is higher than the F-table value of 2.82, and a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than 0.05. These findings indicate that improving job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously can enhance employee performance at Hotel X.
