<![CDATA[CV. PO. Mandiri Travel is a company engaged in land transportation services, providing travel ticket reservations, vehicle rentals, and package delivery services. The ticket reservation process is still conducted manually, requiring customers to come directly to the office or contact the administrator. This condition makes the service process less efficient, increases the risk of errors in data recording, and makes report preparation more difficult. This research aims to design a web-based ticket reservation application that can simplify the ticket booking process, facilitate data management, and improve the quality of customer service. The system development method used in this research is the Agile method, which consists of the stages of Requirements Gathering, Design the Requirements, Develop/Iteration, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. The result of this research is a web-based ticket reservation application design that provides features for customer registration, login, route data management, fleet management, driver management, departure schedules, online ticket reservations, payment verification, and report generation.The implementation of this system is expected to make the ticket reservation process more effective and efficient, enable customers to access schedule and seat availability information in real time, and assist CV. PO. Mandiri Travel in managing data and preparing reports more quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner.]]>
