The process of recording visitor data and ticket transactions at Wolobobo Botanical Garden is still carried out manually using books and paper-based media. This condition causes the recording process to require more time, creates the potential for errors in data recording, and makes it difficult for officers to process and prepare visitor reports quickly and accurately. This study aims to design and develop a web-based visitor data information system for Wolobobo Botanical Garden that can assist officers in managing visitor data, tickets, transactions, and reports in an integrated manner. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP and HTML programming languages with the CodeIgniter framework, a MySQL database, and XAMPP as a local server. The system analysis and testing technique used black-box testing to test the functions, inputs, and outputs of the system. The result of this research is a web-based visitor data information system that provides features for managing ticket data, categories, visitors, transactions, payments, and reports. The testing results show that all main system features can operate according to the designed functions. The system can also assist officers in recording visitor data, managing tickets and transactions, and generating more structured reports, thereby making the data management process more effective and efficient.
