Youth empowerment through vocational skills development and entrepreneurial capacity building is an important strategy for promoting competency-based economic independence. This community service program aimed to strengthen automotive entrepreneurship among youth in Samarinda City through light vehicle service and workshop management training. The program integrated technical competencies, workshop service management, and entrepreneurial orientation so that participants could not only perform basic service procedures but also understand how technical skills can be transformed into economically valuable services. The activity consisted of needs identification, preparation, participatory practice-based training, and evaluation and mentoring. Technical materials covered occupational safety, periodic inspection, lubrication, ignition, braking, tires, batteries, and basic electrical systems. Workshop management materials included customer service, job orders, service pricing, basic financial records, inventory management, digital marketing, business opportunity identification, and simple business model development. The program involved 25 participants. Evaluation results showed that the average knowledge score increased from 58.5 to 84.0, representing a 43.59% improvement. A total of 23 participants (92%) achieved competency in service practice, while 21 participants (84%) were able to prepare a simple workshop business plan. These findings indicate that integrating technical training with workshop management can strengthen youth readiness to develop automotive service businesses.
