Abstract

The Tulungagung Regency Health Office, through its Regency Pharmacy Installation (IFK), is responsible for managing and distributing medicines to community health centers (Puskesmas). Current pharmaceutical logistics management relies on manual processes using Microsoft Excel and multiple separate files, leading to redundant data entry, stock data inconsistencies, difficulties in monitoring expiration dates, and delays in report generation. Furthermore, the medicine requisition process requires health center staff to visit the IFK in person, resulting in inefficiencies regarding time and operations. This study aims to develop a web-based application named "Pharis" to support integrated pharmaceutical logistics management at the Tulungagung Regency Health Office. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall software development model, comprising requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The results demonstrate that Pharis successfully integrates medicine procurement, receipt, requisition, distribution, stock transfer, the generation of Goods Release Proof (SBBK) documents, and logistics reporting into a single web-based system. Black Box Testing yielded a 94% success rate, while Close Beta Testing achieved a feasibility score of 87.14%, falling into the "strongly agree" category. Based on these findings, the Pharis application is deemed capable of enhancing the effectiveness of pharmaceutical logistics management and supporting more structured monitoring and reporting processes.
