Abstract

This research is motivated by differences in accessibility, understanding, and frequency of QRIS use among MSMEs in Wirasana Village, which are suspected to affect business performance. The study aims to find out the effect of accessibility, understanding, and frequency of QRIS use on MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 MSME actors in Wirasana Village, Purbalingga Regency. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, t-tests to determine partial effects, F-tests for simultaneous effects, and coefficient of determination tests. The research instruments were declared reliable. The results show that QRIS accessibility has no significant effect on MSME performance, with a t-value of 1.398 and significance of 0.165. Understanding of QRIS has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 5.911 and significance of 0.001. The frequency of QRIS usage also has a positive and significant effect, with a calculated t-value of 3.966 and a significance of 0.001. Simultaneously, all three factors have a significant impact. The study concludes that understanding and frequency of QRIS use positively and significantly affect MSME performance, while QRIS accessibility does not have a significant impact. Overall, all three variables together significantly influence MSME performance. Therefore, improving QRIS literacy, understanding, and consistent use needs to be supported through training, outreach, and guidance for MSME actors.
