Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja bisnis seringkali dikaitkan dengan ketahanan bisnis skala kecilmenengah. Bisnis wedding organizer (wo) merupakan bisnis musiman yangidentik dengan daya tahan yang kurang baik karena fluktuasi peristiwapernikahan. Peran bisnis wo ini sangat krusial dalam membantu jalannya acarapernikahan dan sebagai pengelola acara pernikahan yang seringkali dibutuhkancalon pengantin dalam menyelenggarakan acara pernikahan. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerjabisnis dengan mediasi kolaborasi dan diversifikasi usaha pada wedding organizerdi kota semarang. pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif dalam menjelaskan faktoryang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 43responden yang yang menjalankan usaha wedding organizer di kota semarangdengan cara convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner denganpengukuran skala likert dengan lima skala pengukuran. Metode analisis datamenggunakan regresi berganda 3 tahap menggunakan alat analisis spss 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran organisasiberpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi, pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh terhadapkinerja bisnis; pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh terhadap diversifikasiusaha, kolaborasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis dan diversifikasi usahaberpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis. Uji mediasi menjelaskan pula bahwakolaborasi dan diversifikasi usaha berhasil terbukti sebagai variabel mediasidalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada wedding organizer di kota semarangKata Kunci: Kolaborasi; Diversifikasi BisnisKinerja Bisnis; Pembelajaran Organisasi

Abstract

The emergence of changes in the technology industry makes developments in several related industries. One of them is in finance. The rapid development of financial technology creates a new era in society. Ease of transaction and investment by prioritizing digital technology. Collaboration between finance and technology that makes transactions more time efficient. People’s ignorance of current technological developments certainly leaves a bad impression on how the technology is implemented. All forms of adaption are neede, especially if there are regulations needed. Thus empowerment is one way in an effort to be able to help increasse understanding of financial literacy in supporting a digital technology-minded society. Increasing the capacity of human resources will make sustainable development that can increase the level of business development better. In this case, we strive to do community service by providing knowledge and training for the millenial generation.

Abstract

For the development of small and medium enterprises, accounting is one of the most important factors that entrepreneures should not forget. Simple bookkeeping in small and medium businesses is very important for the progress of one’s business. On of the reasons why MSMEs find it difficult to develop is the poor accounting system for MSMEs. This is because the government pays little attention to these issues and many MSMEs are still reluctant to consider complex issues such as accounting and financial management. They just think that the profit is enough for their business or MSMEs to function and develop. This training aims to improve capabilities in producing accountable financial report to micro, small and medium enterprise stakeholders. Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) have made a significant economic contribution to economic development, especially in developing countries. In this regard, we are trying to do community service by providing knowledge and training for micro, small and medium enterprises with the theme of community service, namely MSME Financial Report Training.

Abstract

Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar is one of the non-formal and informal educational institutions (PNFI) that organizes learning activities for the equivalency program. The problem that occurs in Purwokerto SKB is that the age of the learning citizens in a study group is various, each has different needs so that the sustainability of the program is difficult to maintain. Heterogeneous input of students and most of them come from the lower middle economic class and including families of recipients of the PKH program from the government is also one of the triggers for problems in learning. In addition, the absence of English language training is one of the problems that occur in SKB considering that English can be used as a plus point for students to get a job. The English language skills of the Paket C (SMA Equivalent) equivalency program students are still very low as evidenced by the average score of the final even semester test for the 2018/2019 academic year, which is 56.17 and the average score of UNBK in 2018 was 34.19. The lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process of English is part of the causes of students' low English proficiency apart from input factors, student characteristics, interest and student motivation to learn. The use of learning methods that are fun, interactive, exploratory, systematic, creative and innovative is very helpful in improving students' English skills. The 2C method is a combination of two methods, namely the cooperative learning method and the contextual teaching and learning method. In this Community Partnership Program, the 2C method was used to train Paket C program students in improving their English language skills. Moreover, this Community Partnership Program was aimed to provide training to students in increasing their interest and motivation to learn English. The result of the training revealed that there was a significant improvement in students’ learning interest and motivation as well as their English performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penulisan.Paper ini adalah kajian terkait dengan kajian management sumber daya manusia dan islamic velue: perspketif integrasi interkoneksi, dalam dimensi keilmuan kita dalam kajian Islam ada dua mazhab keilmuan, yang pertama adalah Islamisasi ilmu ala al-Faruqi dan ilmuisasi Islam ala Kuntowojoyo dan terakhir adalah integrasi interkoneksi ala Amin Adullah, selama ini dalam kajian keilmuan sering kali integrasi hanya soal menempelkan kajian umum ke Islam, jadi ilmu Islam hanya sekedar baju yang di tempelkan dan itu sudah terlabel Islam, padahal sejatinya seharusnya lebih dari itu, integrasi adalah proses di mana menyatu semua velue dengan basis filsafat keilmuan yang ada, teori di ambil titik maksudnya / titik Maqasid dalam kajian Islam, titik maghza dalam kajian al-Quran, kita meyakini bahwa al-Quran sebagai hudan adalah bentuk nyata dari integrasi Islam dan umum, maka tidak ada sebenarnya ilmu di luar Islam dan semua ilmu hadir dan datang dari Islam, paper ini akan melakukan kajian terhadap teori-teori MSDM dan kajian islamic velue dengan dimensi atau perspektif Integrasi interkoneksi. Abstract

The profession of an accountant is one of the many promising occupations in the future that is needed by many companies. Apart from possessing the ability to solve the financial problems of a company, accountants are required to have leadership qualities and integrity in carrying out their tasks. The integrity of an accountant is demonstrated by their objectivity in work, which does not favor any interested party, ensuring the credibility of their work. These skills should be nurtured from an early age. Schools and universities can serve as a means to achieve this, so that training activities can foster students' confidence to work well in the future and be prepared to face the challenges of the workplace and the issues that may arise in the accounting profession.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, risk, and financial literacy on the interest in using QRIS among MSMEs in Banyumas. Data were collected through online questionnaires, with 110 respondents participating. Multiple regression analysis, along with t-tests and F-tests, were employed, with a significance level set at <0.05. The study was based on the Theory of Acceptance Model, which explores technology acceptance, and the Theory of Planned Behavior, which examines reasoned action. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and financial literacy positively and significantly influence interest in QRIS usage. Conversely, risk negatively and significantly affects this interest. Overall, the variables collectively have a positive and significant impact on QRIS usage interest, with an R square value of 54.5%.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek moderasi dari kepuasan kerja pada hubungan antara faktor motivasi dan kepribadian lima besar dan hasil kerja. Model kepribadian Lima Besar lima faktor diterapkan di kantor untuk menjelaskan bagaimana orang menyelesaikan tugasnya. PLS SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data survei dari 200 karyawan di PT. Boyang Purbalingga. Ekstroversi dan neurotisme, khususnya, ditemukan memiliki dampak besar pada kepuasan kerja. Ciri-ciri kepribadian baik lainnya yang memengaruhi keberhasilan kerja termasuk keterbukaan dan ketelitian. Selain itu, penghargaan intrinsik dan ekstrinsik ditemukan mempengaruhi pencapaian dan kepuasan karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan moral di PT. Boyang Purbalingga. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa neurotisme, penghargaan (intrinsik dan ekstrinsik), dan kesenangan adalah semua kualitas kepribadian yang berdampak tidak langsung pada produktivitas karyawan. Kata Kunci: Big Five Personality, Penghargaan, Kepuasan Kerja, SEM PLS.

Abstract

Tujuan – untuk menerapkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode ABC dengan metode Tradisional yang akan membuktikan tingkat keakuratan serta dampak pada laba perusahaan. Metode – Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah UMKM Java Print Kaos Kastem. Hasil – bahwa penggunaan metode ABC lebih akurat dan detai dalam mencatat biaya-biaya pada proses produksi pada UMKM Java Print Kaos Kastem. Implikasi – sebagai pertimbangan dengan metode ABC lebih baik dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi, terutama dalam perhitungan pekerjaan dengan volume yang cukup tinggi perhitunganya akan lebih terperinci dan akurat. Orisinalitas – bahwa penelitian ini menerapkan ABC pada data laporan keuangan di JavaPrint Kaos Kastem untuk menghitung HPP serta membandingkan dengan metode TC.

Abstract

This study analyzes the recruitment and selection system for drivers at PT Banyumas Raya Transportasi. The focus of this research is to identify weaknesses in the existing system and formulate strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with primary data obtained through interviews with the HRGA division and secondary data from company documents and relevant literature. The findings indicate a high turnover rate and inefficiencies in the recruitment methods, which still rely heavily on traditional approaches such as social media and bulletin boards. To address these issues, this study recommends implementing a digital recruitment system, diversifying recruitment methods, and adopting competency-based selection processes to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. The results of this research are expected to assist the company in developing a more sustainable and competitive workforce.
