Maternal mortality remains a significant public health problem in Serang City, with the Walantaka Community Health Center working area recording the highest number of maternal death cases in 2024. Antenatal care (ANC) visits are a key preventive strategy, and husband's support has been identified as an external factor that may influence maternal compliance with ANC visits. This study aimed to determine the relationship between husband's support and the regularity of ANC visits among mothers in the Walantaka Community Health Center working area. This was an observational analytical study using a cross-sectional design, involving 82 respondents consisting of married couples with infants under two years of age, selected through consecutive sampling. Data were collected using a husband's involvement questionnaire adapted from Leccio and Cleofas, and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of husbands (78%) provided support, yet only 34.1% of mothers reported regular ANC visits. The Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.077 (p > 0.05), indicating no statistically significant relationship between husband's support and ANC visit regularity, although a positive clinical tendency was observed. There was no statistically significant relationship between husband's support and ANC visits at Walantaka Community Health Center, indicating the need for increased health education for husbands to enhance awareness of maternal and fetal health during pregnancy.
