Abstract

tability the discrete chaotic systems is interesting to be discussed, given that chaos is closely related to random and irregular state. Stability of discrete chaotic system can be obtained using impulsive control law and applying Lyapunov stability theory. So it can show sufficient conditions for the design of impulsive controllers and  globally exponentially set-stable can be reached. Based on the results of the impulsive  control, it is seen that the behavior of chaos in a discrete chaos system which originally the trajectory are irregular, can be control and become stable, and there is a globally exponentially attracting set earned in the system. The numerical simulation on the discrete chaotic system is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results from control impulsive.

Abstract

The Meat Mincer serves to stir the meatball and siomay dough, so that the siomay and meatball dough is mixed and chopped into soft and smooth and evenly mixed. The material inserted in the mixer machine is meat that has been ground with a meat grinder. In addition to dumplings, this dough mixer machine is also for other similar products that require the process of chopping and mixing dough, for example meatballs, sausages, tempurah, and various other dishes, this model meatball dough mixer machine is made of full stainless steel anti-rust. This machine is equipped with an ice cube collection tube around the container (mixer tube), this is very useful for the production process. The lid of this meatball and dumpling mixer machine is equipped with a hole on top. This hole is useful for viewing the dough mixing process, and is also useful for pouring meatball and siomay spices. The home industry partner of the siomay business is located in Meteseh Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City.Machine implementation includes assembling and installing the machine at the partner location, as well as training on machine operation and maintenance. The final stage of the service is evaluation and mentoring.   Evaluation is carried out by directly assessing the partners' operational practices on the machines that have been donated. Assistance includes supervision, work control, and direction when partners produce meatballs and dumplings using production machines. It is expected that the Meatball and Siomay Dough Mixer will be able to increase partner siomay production.

Abstract

This research is about inventory system with periodic review policy. It will be controlled with linear quadratic regulator to keep the inventory level. This optimal control uses discrete time and has quadratic equation for objective function and linear equation for the constraint. The inventory system must be satisfy the assumption that it has single supplier, perishable goods, has a lead time, but the inventory system is not allowed lost sales. As a case study on simulation, the author will apply to optimize the inventory systems of radioisotope Luthesium-177. Because Luthesium-177 is a perishable goods that has a half-life 6,71 days. The uses of Luthesium-177 as cancer therapy to destroy cancer cells.

Abstract

Energi surya merupakan sumber energi terbarukan yang sangat optimal untuk dikembangkan dan telah menarik banyak perhatian baik dari para peneliti maupun pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sudut kemiringan (tilt/slope angle) dan orientasi arah (azimuth angle) dari suatu alat pemanen energi surya untuk mendapatkan nilai radiasi maksimum pada sepanjang tahun di daerah Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Lokasi yang digunakan sebagai basis data untuk menghitung arah sudut optimum ini dipilih di Politeknik Negeri Semarang yang berkoordinat di 7 °03'13.4" (7.053715 °) Lintang Selatan dan 110 °26'06.8" (110.435220 °) Bujur Timur. Metode perhitungan dari sudut-sudut matahari dan koordinat di bumi digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai estimasi radiasi matahari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudut kemiringan optimum sepanjang tahun berada pada kisaran 0 ”“ 30.14 ° dengan orientasi arah ke utara dan pada kisaran sudut kemiringan 0 ”“ 16.00 ° dengan orientasi arah ke selatan. Sedangkan untuk pemasangan menggunakan sudut konstan sepanjang tahun, nilai optimum dicapai pada sudut kemiringan 6.99 ° dengan orientasi menghadap ke utara.

Abstract

The utilisation and optimisation of solar energy have a vital role in reducing the global need for conventional fossil energy. Moreover, it is also clean and eco-environmentally energy resources. The photovoltaic-thermal (PV-T) hybrid system that combines photovoltaic and photothermal technology is an ideal solution for creating high-efficiency energy conversion devices. In addition, this system can be constructed to be small and compact with a higher economic value than the conventional technology from the previous solar energy harvesters. This paper will review the PV-T hybrid system and provide the thermodynamic analysis and the feasibility study.

Abstract

Batik adalah salah satu kerajinan tradisional khas Indonesia yang telah mendunia. Seni membatik umumnya dilakukan di atas selembar kain  dengan menggunakan lilin khusus. Cara membatik secara umum adalah memberi motif pada kain dengan memberi malam cair di titik-titik secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat Mesin Batik Tulis Berbasis CNC Dengan Canting Elektrik yang berguna bagi UMKM serta menguji kesesuaian corak dan kecepatan proses produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian serta melakukan perbaikan sesuai hasil terbaik dari setiap perlakuan. Mesin Batik Tulis Berbasis CNC Dengan Canting Elektrik yang kami rancang memiliki kelebihan pada proses tulis batik yang lebih stabil, cepat dan bisa digunakan pada motif yang sama dan berulang-ulang. Mesin ini memiliki keunggulan dapat menggabungkan berbagai macam desain sesuai corak dan motif sedangkan proses tulis batik manual mebutuhkan waktu yang lama dan factor kelelahan tenaga kerja yang menjadi kendalanya. Hasil rancangan dan pembuatan   Mesin Batik Tulis Berbasis CNC Dengan Canting Elektrik dengan   sumber input daya   12 volt, motor stepper nema 17, Artsoft Mach3 sebagai microcontroller, sistem pergerak sumbu X dan Y menggunakan belt ”“ pulley sedangkan sumbu Z menggunakan leadscrew. Dimensi mesin 900 x 640 x 320 (mm), work area 600 x 450 x 30 (mm). Dapat dijalankan dengan PC/laptop melalui software Mach3 dan Vetric Aspire sebagai CAD/ CAM. Hasil pengujian performa yang dilakukan, mesin dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan program corak yang direncanakan.

Abstract

Sawdust briquettes molding machine is a machine for printing sawn briquettes as an alternative replacement for fossil fuels. The filling and compacting sawdust briquettes sawn using a pneumatic system that aims to improve the productivity of printing sawdust briquettes sawn still manually. With the printing press sawdust briquettes sawn with pneumatic system is expected to get a working process faster and lower error and operator convenience in the work process. The method is performed in the manufacture of printing machines sawdust briquettes sawn with pneumatic system is to conduct election observation in the form of alternative designs, design, manufacturing, assembly up until the testing process and data retrieval. Results of design scorer sawdust briquettes sawn with a pneumatic system using 8 bar working pressure that is with dimensions of 100 mm x 150 mm x 70 mm. Results from the manufacture of machinery sawdust briquettes sawn printer with a pneumatic system can be deduced briquette machine can print with a capacity of 600 briquettes per hour with a good and efficient time.
