Abstract

Identification of changes in the culture of society in the Kota Tua Ampenan Mataram (the Old Town of Ampenan) is expected to be able to influence the emergence of residential transformation so that destination branding strategies can be developed. This research combines the heritage engineering approach in guiding the destination branding strategy. Using data collection methods through field observations and interviews with community leaders, elders, and the community, findings showed that the heritage engineering approach resulted in a recommendation that the Kota Tua Ampenan could be developed into a specific residential area and become a city identity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop cultural changes in the local community, such as changes in mindset, perspective, community behavior, and agreements between communities. Abstract

Indonesia is an area prone to earthquakes. Earthquakes caused by the movement of the earth's plates are the biggest cause of earthquakes that will cause damage to the building structure. Earthquakes occurring in Indonesia often cost lives. However, it is certain that the cause of the loss of life is not directly caused by the earthquake, but caused by the destruction of the building that caused the collapse in the building.The purpose of writing the final task is to determine the performance criteria of the university building's seismic performance from the performance point value using the ATC-40 code, showing the melamine scheme (plastic joint distribution) occurring from the calculation of the software program, knowing the collapse pattern of the building so it can be known the joints Suffered damage and suffered destruction and compared the results of spectral response analysis with pushover analysis. From the results of the study, the structure of the building is able to provide nonlinear behavior indicated by the initial phase and the majority of plastic joints occur in new beam elements and then column elements. The performance level of the structure enters the criterion of Immediate Occupancy which means that minor structural and building damage can be reused immediately.

Abstract

Pelayanan bagasi atau baggage handling, merupakan salah satu airport service pada sisi udara (Air side). Pada baggade handling banyak terjadi kecelakaan kerja (safety) dikarenakan annaccessary movement; ketidak efisien waktu dan biaya oprasional (efficiency); ketidak tepatan pelayanan (service); dan beberapa kali terjadi tindakan kriminal berupa pencurian (security). Hal ini di sebabkan banyaknya rantai kegiatan yang terlibat seperti baggage Car, airport tractor, car crew, baggage conveyor for plane. Seiring majunya infrastruktur bidang penerbangan pada bandara berbasis Eco Airport, salah satunya adalah pengembangan Smart Baggage Handling System. Pengembangan teknologi ini akan memangkas rantai kegiatan konvensional pemindahan bagasi dari pesawat ke penumpang, dengan cara otomatisasi dengan sistem pengangkutan menggunakan conveyor melalui terowongan (tunneling) dari pesawat langsung ke penumpang. Tunnel ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk Auxiliary Power Unit, fuel dan lavatory. pengembangan teknologi ini tentunya membantu stakeholder yang berkecimpung di penerbangan dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah diatas.

Abstract

Sumatra Island is earthquake hazard area in Indonesia, because two continental plates generate subduction zone. In Sumatra there are many traditional house, function of traditional house is dwellings as well as community meeting halls because that have cultural and historical values. The ancestors have also learneda lot about natural events they have experienced, from this experience they can make earthquake resistant structures for large earthquake, the result is that the Traditional Houses can still stand firm. One of the seismic control technologies in Sumatran traditional house is bracing. In this paper the structure of Sumatran Traditional Houses modeled by numerical analysis and analyzed dynamically behavior from its structure. The analysis revealed the secrets of seismic bracing control in the structure of the Sumatran Traditional House.
