Abstract

Various types of LPG sold, requiring a precise inventory management, especially the facts on the ground are often encountered uncertainties include uncertainty of demand and the performance cycle. The aim of this research  is to develop  decision making system to optimize inventory by the Economic Order Quantity method based on the Bowersox formula by using the combining of variables for demand uncertainty and performance cycle. The system uses the web service media method for easy access and maintenance with centralized data on the server and users only use the existing browser. The method of categorizing goods uses the category ABC by dividing the type of goods into categories A (very important), B (important) and C (not important). The results provide safe inventory value calculations based on variables of  uncertainty and performance cycles. With the optimization resulting from this system, the company can maintain the availability of the goods by making appropriate arrangements, priorities, and the amount so as to minimize the occurrence of the possibility of excess and lack of stock.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi yang efektif sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing di era digital. UMKM XYZ menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan web landing page yang efisien dan reliabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) menggunakan GitHub Actions dalam pengembangan web landing page UMKM XYZ. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengaturan pipeline CI/CD yang otomatis mengintegrasikan, menguji, dan menerapkan perubahan kode. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi GitHub Actions berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengembangan, mengurangi waktu pengujian dan deploy, serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam kode. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan CI/CD dengan GitHub Actions memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas dan kecepatan pengembangan web UMKM, memungkinkan tim pengembang untuk lebih fokus pada peningkatan fitur dan layanan tanpa terbebani oleh masalah integrasi dan deploy manual.

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based sales invoice printing system to overcome the problems of complexity and limitations in using MS. Excel at PT Akusara Mitra Sinergi Semarang. This research uses the Waterfall system development method and also the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model in designing a sales invoice printing system. In this design, using the CodeIgniter framework program or in the PHP programming language, HTML, and MySQL database to store data. The main features provided include creating, managing, printing invoices, and setting invoice numbers. Based on the results of the design, the system succeeded in increasing the speed and accuracy of the invoicing process, as well as minimizing human error. Thus, this system is expected to support PT Akusara Mitra Sinergi Semarang in achieving higher operational efficiency and strengthening overall business performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology today has brought significant changes toward the era of digitalization, with many business activities now being conducted digitally. One such development is the transformation of accounting systems into digital formats, encompassing the identification, classification, and summarization of transactions through the use of digital technology. SMA Kristen YSKI Semarang, a private high school located in Semarang, has yet to implement technology-based learning that supports business activities. As a result, students are not familiar with commonly used digital applications in the business world. One widely used application in the business sector is the digital accounting application, Spreadsheet. Therefore, this Community Service activity aimed to provide training for students to introduce and teach the use of digital accounting applications for recording business activities and to enhance the skills of SMA Kristen YSKI Semarang students, enabling them to be more competitive in the job market after graduation. The training was conducted through hands-on application of Spreadsheet usage based on given case studies. Based on the students’ responses to the questionnaire, it was evident that there was an increase in their understanding of digital accounting (Spreadsheet application) before and after the training.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in today's digital era has had a significant impact on many aspects of life, including the property sector, particularly in the rental of boarding houses and rented houses. Bangkalan Regency, located on Madura Island and experiencing high demand for housing, still faces challenges in providing information related to rental properties. Until now, such information is generally disseminated through printed media, which has limited reach and is less efficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for renting boarding houses and rented homes, named Hunikita. The system is developed to assist users in searching, booking, and making rental payments online. Key features include property search based on location and price, direct communication with property owners via WhatsApp, and digital verification of payment proofs. The system was built using the Waterfall development method, which consists of sequential phases: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Black Box Testing was applied during the testing phase, and the results showed that all system features functioned properly. The presence of the Hunikita system is projected to provide an effective and time-efficient solution for the property rental process in Bangkalan Regency, particularly for students, university learners, workers, and the general public. The system is also expected to accelerate transactions and offer convenience for both parties involved tenants and property owners

Abstract

Service management in creative fields such as architectural services needs to be done with a neat and efficient system. Currently, Arunika Loya Design still uses a manual way of receiving orders, which often makes it difficult to manage data and communicate with clients. This research aims to design a web-based architectural service booking system using the Waterfall model. Data is obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. This system facilitates online ordering, client and project data management, and communication via the WhatsApp button. The design was made with Figma, and the system was built using Laravel, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. Black Box testing was used to show that all features work. As a result, this system increases efficiency, clarifies project management, and facilitates interaction between clients and admins.
