Abstract

The Mobile JKN application is BPJS Kesehatan's digital service transformation that allows members to access administrative services independently, anytime and anywhere. In addition, the Ministry of Health's SATUSEHAT Mobile application serves as a channel for registering for the Free Health Screening Program (Cek Kesehatan Gratis, CKG), completing health screening questionnaires, and accessing examination results. A preliminary survey showed that many community members neither had these applications nor understood their benefits. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of residents of Pulo Brayan Darat I Village in using Mobile JKN and SATUSEHAT Mobile for the CKG Program. The methods were education through lectures, discussion, question-and-answer sessions, demonstration, and hands-on practice on participants' mobile phones, supported by guidance leaflets. Of 1,001 targeted residents, 482 (48.2%) were successfully educated, 174 (17.4%) were not successfully educated, and 345 (34.5%) declined. Health history screening of the 482 participants identified 220 (45.6%) as at risk. The main reasons for unsuccessful education were reluctance to share personal data (41.4%) and being busy (37.4%). Continuous education and assistance involving health cadres are needed to increase the use of digital health services.
