Abstract

Research Policy Implementation Village Development Work Plan in District Bandungan a qualitative descriptive study. This study uses the precision of a policy to explain the effectiveness of policy implementation Village Development Work Plan. The focus of this research that the Policy Implementation Village Development Work Plan in Kenteng Village District Bandungan using George Edwards III implementation model to analyze the factors in the implementation of policies that are used to determine the success of the policy implementation process. Informants in this study is from Village Head, LPM (Institute of community empowerment), BPD (Village Deliberation State), Citizens, Executive Boards dan KPM (Community Empowerment Cadres). Research and analysis process begins from the state of development, describe the implementation process by using the appropriateness of the policy to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of policies Village Development Work Plan. Furthermore, analyzing the factors implementations using George Edwards III models to be able to see the success of the implementation of the policy Village Development Work Plan. With so can find out shortcomings in the implementation process so that it can be improved so that the implementation of a policy Village Development Work Plan can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Ban merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting untuk industri otomotif, dimana perkembangan industry otomotif saat ini semakin meningkat sehingga kebutuhan atau pangsa pasar ban ikut meningkat. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Tangerang yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur. Untuk penghematan biaya pengendalian dan proses produksi namun aktualnya sering kali penjualan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diprediksi. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuat peramalan penjualan yang lebih baik dan efisien agar penghematan biaya pengendalian dan proses produksi bisa tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah peramalan penjualan produk ban tahun kedepan melalui exponential smoothing dan mengetahui nilai kesalahan dengan menggunakan MSE dan MAPE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil peramalan yang cukup mendekati antara aktual dengan peramalan meskipun terdapat peningkatan permintaan pada bulan Maret, Mei, Juni dan Agustus. Selisih yang cukup signifikan peningkatannya adalah pada bulan Agustus dengan nilai selisih 3 6% lebih tinggi dari peramalan. Nilai MAPE yang dihasilkan dari peramalan produksi ban rata-rata 11.19% dan Mean Square Error (MSE) terkecil sebesar 26,181,910 dengan rata-rata selama setahun sebesar 23,484,964,646.Kata Kunci: Peramalan, Ban Radial, Exponential Smoothing, MAPE, MSE

Abstract

In 2011, Karangbendo Village in Rogojampi Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, had a population of 6,891 residents spread across five hamlets. However, the village government still lacks a comprehensive and real-time digital database, which has hindered decision-making, particularly in distributing social aid. Data collection is still conducted manually using paper forms and the Dasawisma application, which is considered inefficient, making it difficult for officials to access up-to-date and accurate information. To address this, a web-based population system is being developed to enable digital storage and access, with training for village officials and volunteers to begin data input in July 2024. The project will be implemented in stages, starting with the data input feature, followed by training to reduce errors. After data input, additional training will focus on maximizing the system's features, and progress will be measured by the amount of data successfully entered. The web-based system has now been completed, and training for Dasawisma volunteers and village officials has taken place. System evaluation shows an user acceptance rate 4.13 of 5, with a goal of completing 60% of the population data by December 2024.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan golongan darah sangat penting dilakukan seseorang sebelum mendonorkan darahnya. Pemeriksaan golongan darah bertujuan untuk mengetahui golongan darah seseorang sehingga  darah hasil donor darah akan ditransfusikan sesuai dengan golongan darah penerima. Menurut dari data Dukcapil tahun 2022 diketahui sebanyak 40 juta informasi tentang golongan darah yang dimiliki oleh penduduk Indonesia dan masih banyak penduduk yang belum memasukkan golongan darahnya didalam Kartu Keluarga dan Kartu Tanda Penduduk. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat mengetahui golongan darah terutama pada remaja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dengan mendeteksi apakah remaja sudah mengetahui golongan darahnya dan melakukan edukasi kepada remaja untuk mengetahui pentingnya golongan darah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dari 236 remaja didapatkan golongan darah A 72 (30.5%), golongan darah B 64 orang (27.1%), golongan darah AB 13 orang (5.5%) dan golongan darah O 87 orang (36.9%). Manfaat pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta JUMBARA tentang identifikasi golongan darahnya, sehingga diharapkan dengan mengetahui golongan darah tersebut akan memudahkan jika dikemudian hari terjadi kondisi darurat lebih cepat penangannya. Diharapkan program pengabdian memberikan pelayanan pemeriksan golongan darah sekaligus memberikan pemahaman pentingnya melakukan pemeriksaan golongan darah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe sport tourism places in Sumedang Regency and to find out how much sport tourism there is in Sumedang Regency. Based on this, researchers want to collect data to be used as recommendation material for the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disparbudpora) and become information material for visitors. So that it can provide excellent opportunities for the local community in the economic field. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive research design in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Sumedang Regency is a hilly and mountainous area with altitudes between 25 m - 1,667 m above sea level.  Most of Sumedang is mountainous, except in a small part of the northern region which is lowland. Mount Tampomas (1,667 m), is located in the north of Sumedang Urban Area. Sumedang Regency as a tourism area is very potential, especially after the construction of the Cileunyi - Sumedang - Dawuan (Cisumdawu) Freeway which connects Bandung with Cirebon through the Cipali Trans Java Toll Road. The easier accessibility to Sumedang will contribute to the flow of tourists entering the Sumedang area. Based on the results of interviews with the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports (Disparbudpora), the agency has not coordinated and collected data on the number of sport tourism in Sumedang Regency. It was concluded that Sumedang Regency has eight sports tours namely: Paragliding, Rafting, Horse Racing, Mountain Bike, Motocross, Offroad, Golf and Pencak Silat Village. The eight sports tours are further divided into three according to the place, namely water, land and air sports tours.
