Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that teacher administrative supervision management was implemented through supervision program planning, scheduling, preparation of supervision instruments, examination of learning administration, coaching, evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up activities. The inhibiting factors included limited time, high teaching workload, and incomplete learning administration among some teachers. The principal played roles as a supervisor, coach, motivator, and evaluator. Teacher administrative supervision contributed positively to improving teacher discipline, particularly in administrative completeness, punctuality, responsibility, compliance with school regulations, and readiness to conduct learning activities.
