The resultsindicate that the IFAS analysis yielded a total score of 2.86,comprising a strength score of 2.02 and a weakness score of0.84. The EFAS analysis yielded a total score of 2.73,comprising an opportunity score of 1.83 and a threat score of0.90. The SWOT analysis placed the tilapia farming businessin Quadrant I with coordinates (0.59; 0.47); therefore, theappropriate strategy to implement is the Strengths–Opportunities (S–O) strategy—leveraging strengths tooptimize available opportunities. The QSPM analysis resultsindicate that the priority strategy for developing the tilapiafarming business is to improve feed usage efficiency andmaintain culture water quality, with a Sum TotalAttractiveness Score (STAS) of 3.20.
