The use of organic fertilizers is one of the efforts to achievea sustainable agricultural system. However, the level oforganic fertilizer utilization among farmers remainsrelatively low compared to inorganic fertilizers.Agribusiness partnerships and entrepreneurial strategiesare factors that can encourage the adoption of organicfertilizers through mentoring, information provision, training, and business network development. PT NaturalNusantara is a company that implements an agribusinesspartnership system in marketing organic fertilizerproducts to farmers. This study aimed to: (1) analyze thelevel of organic fertilizer adoption among partner farmersof PT Natural Nusantara, (2) examine the relationshipbetween agribusiness partnerships and organic fertilizeradoption, and (3) analyze the influence of agribusinesspartnerships and entrepreneurial strategies on organicfertilizer adoption. The study employed a quantitativeresearch approach with purposive sampling involving 68partner farmers of PT Natural Nusantara. Data werecollected through observation, interviews, andquestionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptiveanalysis, Spearman Rank correlation, and multiple linearregression with the assistance of SPSS software. Theresults showed that the level of organic fertilizer adoptionamong partner farmers of PT Natural Nusantara wasclassified as very high, with a percentage of 85.93%. TheSpearman Rank correlation analysis indicated thatagribusiness partnerships had a positive and significantrelationship with organic fertilizer adoption.Furthermore, the results of the multiple linear regressionanalysis revealed that agribusiness partnerships andentrepreneurial strategies simultaneously had asignificant effect on organic fertilizer adoption.
