Abstract

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a machine tool with an automation system that is operated by commands with programs and fast production results, high levels of precision and efficient work. The method used in this research is direct observation in the field according to the existing problems. The aim of the research on Handling Problematic Dimensions in the Production of CNC Part YMP 2DP-1 is to find out the procedures and methods used to overcome the problem of problematic or broken dimensions in the production of CNC machine items Bush YMP 2DP-1, namely by adding a repair program to the CNC machine, replacing work instructions, and replacing better or more precise measuring tools.
