Abstract

Seeing the potential for healthtech startups that continue to emerge in Indonesia, of course companies must continue to create innovations to be able to compete with existing and future competitors, one of which is by doing a revamp or a process to change the appearance and user journey. As was done by one of the healthtech startup companies, namely PT. Global Urban Essentials in one of its products, namely the Teman Bumil application. This research was conducted to redesign the display and user journey in the Teman pregnant woman application. The design method used was the Scrum framework. The Scrum stages carried out are the first meeting, sprint planning meeting, sprint, sprint review meeting and sprint retrospective meeting. Data collection was carried out by studying documentation, observation, and interviews. Then the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Through this research, it is known that the redesign was carried out to change the appearance and improve the experience by shortening the flow of application use, as well as the application design documentation process using the product requirements document guide which consists of three main parts, namely user requirements, interface pages, and flowcharts.

Abstract

Yogyakarta memiliki jumlah kelas menengah sekitar 720 ribu jiwa atau 20% dibandingkan dengan jumlah penduduk Yogyakarta. Selain itu pertumbuhan penduduk di kota besar yang semakin padat juga mendorong tindak kriminal. CCTV banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat kelas menengah sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pengamanan lingkungan. Sehingga pertumbuhan kelas menengah di yogyakarta mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan akan CCTV karna dianggap dapat meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan tempat tinggal. Disisi lain kelas menengah ini juga merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang paling banyak menggunakan internet sebai sumber informasi. Guna meningkatkan penetrasi UMKM terhadap pasar maka perlu adanya pemahaman teknologi informasi seperti website. Diera digital sekarang ini UMKM dituntut untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan salah satunya dengan menciptakan promosi melalui media digital dan website merupakan salah satu media digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk dapat mendampingi UMKM dan menjadi penghubung antara kebutuhan mitra dalam hal ini UMKM yang bergerak dibidang CCTV dan kebutuhan masyarakat melalui pembangunan dan pelatihan pembuatan website bagi UMKM. Sehingga UMKM mitra dapat melakukan penetrasi promosi yang tepat sasaran.Kata kunci : UMKM, Website, promosi.

Abstract

Perusahaan pembiayaan kendaraan mobil saat ini semakin banyak dan berkembang begitu pesat. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan dengan berbagai cara, terutama peningkatan teknologi untuk mendukung dan memudahkan proses kegiatan pembiayaan mobil. Perusahaan Astra Credit Company memanfaatkan teknologi dengan menyediakan aplikasi mobile acc.one yang dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk membantu segala kegiatan proses pembiayaan mobil di Perusahaan ACC. Namun aplikasi ini terdapat beberapa masalah yang dapat diketahui dari ulasan pengguna di play store seperti aplikasi tiba-tiba error, aplikasi tidak dapat dibuka, fitur tidak berfungsi dengan semestinya, dll. Sehingga dilakukan pengujian aplikasi untuk mengetahui tingkat usability aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode system usability scale dan usability testing untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna. Hasil yang diperoleh tingkat usability aplikasi dengan tingkat kemudahan sebesar 73,33% yang masuk dalam kategori buruk, tingkat kecepatan pengguna sebesar 0,0467 goals/sec yang termasuk kategori normal, tingkat kesalahan pengguna sebesar 0,1230 total defect yang masuk dalam kategori kecil, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna menggunakan kuesioner SUS memperoleh rerata SUS sebesar 54,45945946 yang artinya tingkat kepuasan pengguna rendah terhadap aplikasi berdasarkan penentuan nilai SUS yaitu Acceptability atau tingkat penerimaan penggunaan masuk dalam kategori marginal low, Grade Scale atau tingkat grade skala masuk dalam kategori F dan Adjective Rating masuk dalam kategori OK. Selain itu, pada SUS skor percentile rank masuk kedalam grade D.

Abstract

The opening of opportunities for health tech services in Indonesia can lead to increased competition. This makes the company continue to innovate by updating or adding functionality to software systems that have been developed. Because of this, software testing with a shorter time is required so that test performance remains maximum. The object of this research is the Teman diabetes application developed by PT. Global Urban Essentials. In this research, the software testing conducted includes automatic regression testing and manual regression testing. The two testing approaches will be compared to evaluate their effectiveness in detecting bugs and their efficiency in terms of time usage. The method used in automatic regression testing is the black box testing method, implemented within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) that is include requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup, and test execution. The primary focus of this research is to asses the effectiveness of automatic and manual regression testing in identifying bugs/errors and measuring efficiency in time utilization, based on the analysis of test reports generated from both methods. In this study, it was found that testing carried out by automation is 9.77% faster. In addition, a bug was found in the shopping feature as a result of the new features being released. This bug was discovered after running automated regression testing and was not found in manual regression testing because the bug testing was missed.

Abstract

Online games are entertainment media or playing media for children to adults. Online games have grown rapidly, especially in Indonesia. Online games are one of the most popular but have an impact on one's social interactions. The purpose of the research we conducted was to determine the effect of using online games on the FTI UAJY student social interactions and to find out the relationship between playing online games and the FTI UAJY student social interactions. The methodology we use is qualitative research, by taking samples from FTI UAJY students by distributing questionnaires and getting 239 active users of online game respondents. The results of the study know that online games influence student social interactions. Playing online games has a negative influence on the social interactions of FTI UAJY students. So that handling and control measures are needed. The handling and control measures are expected to emerge from the students themselves because only themselves can limit their activities such as playing online games with more positive activities.
