Abstract

The digitalization of cultural object management is an urgent necessity to strengthen data recording and expand information accessibility for the public. This research focuses on the development of the Cultural Digital Validation Information System (VeriCult), an integrated web-based platform that encompasses the submission, validation, management, and publication of cultural data. The implementation of VeriCult aims to minimize the risk of data duplication while facilitating systematic trend monitoring and cultural publication. The methodology employed is Agile Software Development, enabling iterative and adaptive development tailored to user requirements. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, literature reviews, and an analysis of technical guidelines for cultural data collection from relevant government departments.
