Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of physical and non-physical work environments on employee work loyalty at PERUMDAM Tirta Darma Ayu, Jatibarang Service Branch. The study employs a quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. The sample consists of 40 employees selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and subsequently analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, with the aid of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that both physical and non-physical work environments have a positive and significant influence on employee work loyalty, whether analyzed individually or simultaneously. These findings suggest that improving the quality of the work environment can enhance employee work loyalty at PERUMDAM Tirta Darma Ayu, Jatibarang Service Branch. Keywords: physical work environment, non-physical work environment, employee work loyalty.
