Abstract

Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti melihat secara konkrit dan akurat dengan mengumpulkan data laporan keuangan PD BPR PK Balongan dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2017. Untuk menganalisis data peneliti melakukan analisis, korelasi, koefisien determinan, uji hipotesis parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan analisis, didapatkan koefisien korelasi Modal Sendiri terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI) sebesar 0,38 yang berarti Modal Sendiri mempunyai hubungan yang rendah dan berbanding terbalik terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI). Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 14,44 %, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Modal Sendiri mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI) sebesar 14,44 %, adapun sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, dan berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam uji hipotesis adalah bahwa thitung = 0,822 sedangkan dari Ttabel 2,776 dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 2,776. Atau - 1,720 < 2,776 sehingga H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Koefisien korelasi Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI) sebesar 0,67 yang berarti Dana Pihak Ketiga mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan berbanding terbalik terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI). Nilai koefisien detrminasi yang diperoleh sebesar 44,89 %, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Dana Pihak Ketiga mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI). sebesar 44,89 %, adapun sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, dan berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam uji hipotesis adalah bahwa thitung = 1,805 sedangkan dari Ttabel 2,776 dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 2,776. Atau 1,805< 2,776 sehingga H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Koefisien korelasi Modal Sendiri dan Dana Pihak Ketiga secara bersama- sama terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI) sebesar 0,42 yang berarti Modal Sendiri dan Dana Pihak Ketiga secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang sedang dan searah terhadap Return on Invesment (ROI). Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 16,81%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Modal Sendiri dan Dana Pihak Ketiga secara bersama-sama mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Return on Invesment sebesar 16,81%, adapun sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, dan berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam uji hipotesis adalah bahwa thitung = 0,302 sedangkan dari Ttabel dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 9,55. Atau 0,302<9,55 sehingga H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak.

Abstract

Abstract: Motivation is an important factor in success language learning. The effect of motivation influences a great deal toward the process of teaching and learning. A teaching is successful if the teacher is able to produce motivated students in doing so the students will be more interested in the lesson and it will facilitate them in understanding the lesson. Many experts and research has been done to find out the effect of motivation and how it facilitates both teachers and student in teaching learning process. The most significant research on motivation is conducted by Gardener and Lambert and then on continuous issues have emerged and looked upon. Abstract

Peneliti dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Pimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru, maka peneliti memberikan kesimpulannya sebagai berikut: Disiplin Guru melalui indikator, Sikap hormat terhadap peraturan, Sikap hormat terhadap ketetapan perusahaan, Kesadaran diri sendiri, dan Mengikuti peraturan-praturan yang berlaku yaitu 85,7% dan termasuk dalam Klasifikasi Baik. Kompensasi di SMK XX Indramayu melalui indikator, Balas Jasa (Reward), Kontribusi Kepada Perusahaan, Sumbangan Tenaga, Sumbangan Pikiran, dan Mencapai Tujuan Suatu Organisasi yaitu 86,4% dan termasuk dalam Klasifikasi Baik. Pengawasan di SMK XX Indramayu melalui indikator, Kegiatan penilaian terhadap organisasi, Memenuhi tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dan Kegiatan mengendalikan pekerjaan yaitu 87,4% dan termasuk dalam Klasifikasi Baik. Hasil analisis korelasi Kompensasi Terhadap Disiplin adalah korelasi rX1.rX2 = 0,602 membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Disiplin dengan kategori kuat.Hasil Analisis Korelasi Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin adalah korelasi rX1.Y = 0,755 membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin dengan kategori Kuat.Hasil Analisis Korelasi Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin adalah korelasi rX2.Y = 0,599 membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin dengan Sedang. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main supporting tool for building argumentative constructs in this study. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from 400 Bank Mandiri employees spread throughout Indonesia. Abstract

Prawn Crackers Kelapa Gading Indramayu Indramayu is a company engaged in the food sector, especially the production of raw crackers. In the production process, there are still defective products, so the company needs quality control to reduce the failure rate. This study aims to assess whether the quality control implemented by Prawn Crackers Kelapa Gading Indramayu has been running optimally. The method used in this study is Statistical Quality Control (SQC), namely Control Chart, Fishbone diagram, and Pareto diagram to determine the level of factors causing damage, as well as to determine the types of damage that occur most frequently. The results of the control chart analysis show that the data obtained is still largely out of control. Based on the Fishbone diagram, the factors causing product damage come from human factors, raw material factors, method factors, machine factors, and environmental factors. While the Pareto diagram shows that the highest level of damage is caused by improper cutting of 87%

Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the extent to which product knowledge influences consumer decisions in purchasing cosmetics by adopting a qualitative methodology with a literature study approach. This study includes the presentation of several scientific literatures, references, and theories that are closely related to the research variables. This study analyzes ten studies that focus on the study variables. The data analysis technique is carried out descriptively qualitatively in order to understand the relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out regarding the influence of product knowledge on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products, a positive relationship was found between the two. The study of consumer decisions in purchasing cosmetics is an interesting topic because this decision is one of the main challenges for cosmetic companies in determining the right marketing strategy. The complexity of the consumer decision-making process shows that many factors are interrelated and need to be considered. Therefore, companies need the ability to control the dynamics related to consumer behavior and adjust their business strategies to remain relevant. Understanding trends and changes in consumer purchasing patterns is an important thing that should not be ignored if the company wants to develop sustainably in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the filling of public offices with special criteria, as outlined in the constitution, which applies specifically to Constitutional Court judges. However, the term "statesman" is not explicitly defined in the criteria. Progressive law, de facto, emphasizes the substantive dimension of justice in the pursuit of upholding the right to justice and democracy. This paper explores the reconstruction of recruitment and external supervision of constitutional judges, focusing on the qualifications of statesmen from a progressive legal perspective. It also discusses the relevance of the progressive legal understanding of statesman qualifications to the independence of the Constitutional Court in Indonesia. The method employed in this research is normative juridical, conducted through literature review. The findings suggest that constitutional decisions and policies should be based on a justice dimension grounded in progressive law. The qualification of a statesman can be assessed through a track record of daily actions and relationships with the broader environment. By applying statesman qualifications to constitutional judges, it signals their capability and compatibility in ensuring the independence of institutions that prioritize justice in state governance and public administration.

Abstract

An important part of business operations is good employee management. Building responsibility within the organization, making activities enjoyable, and improving employee capabilities are all ways to achieve this. If a company wants to succeed and be successful, employee satisfaction is essential. Job satisfaction is felt by employees when the results have their own satisfaction for their goals, influenced by intrinsic factors, namely within themselves and extrinsic factors, namely the existence of motivation by external parties so that they feel that their work results have been appreciated in the form of rewards, career development, incentives, or other gifts. The positive relationship between the two shows that the higher the commitment and satisfaction, the higher the performance produced. Strong commitment to the organization and employee job satisfaction are two internal factors that can affect employee performance. This qualitative research analyzes literature that includes articles and academic publications relevant to the research topic. The research findings reveal that loyalty to the organization and operational satisfaction affect employee performance; it is necessary to pay more attention to commitment as well as employee responsibility and job satisfaction so that each can help the company succeed by increasing strong commitment to the organization, creating satisfaction at work, and producing optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Regulation is a set of rules formed to regulate the order of social life. Regulations also regulate various lines of life including religion. Religion is defined as man's belief in the existence of God including the ordinances of worship. Freedom of religion also needs to be applied in universities as evidence of Freedom of Religion and Belief. This study aims to find out how the regulation of religious freedom in Higher Education (Semarang State University Campus Study) from the point of view of Freedom Of religion And Belief. This study used normative juridical methods. In this study, it can be concluded that the procurement of houses of worship in universities is still very rare. This is because there are no regulations or policies that regulate this matter. However, there are also several universities that already have multi-religious houses of worship, one of which is Semarang State University. The construction of the house of worship aims to strengthen religious moderation through tolerance.
