The findings reveal that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on instructional management effectiveness, with a t-value of 4.476, exceeding the t-table value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Human resource technical training also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 6.334 > 1.984 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on instructional management effectiveness, as indicated by an F-value of 423.957 > 3.18 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
