Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di beberapa Kampus di Kota Malang.Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah suami, istri dan wali muhakkam. Objek penelitian ini praktik pernikahan dengan wali muhakkam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Yang menjadi data ini ialah praktik pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam, adapun sumber data adalah informan yaitu suami istri yang melakukan pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Praktik pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam di kalangan mahasiswa ini dengan cara mengangkat orang yang dianggap mengerti tentang hukum-hukum menjadi wali dalam pernikahan.Motivasi para mahasiswa menikah menggunakan wali muhakkam yang paling inti adalah menghindari dosa besar dari perzinahan dan dampak dari pernikahan wali muhakkam adalah tidak ada, hanya saja dampak moral sosial karena ketidak fahaman masyarakat bahwa mereka sudah melangsungkan pernikahan.Pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam ini dalam rangka hifdzud din karena menjaga diri dari perbuatan zina untuk menyelamatkan agama seseorang yang merupakan kategori tertinggi menurut maqoshid asy-syari?ah

Islamic penal law is contextual in relation to the concept of rights in Islam because in the punishments of the crimes that are contained in the Koran, rights become very considerable point. There are three types of rights in Islam; creature rights (individual rights), God's rights (public rights) and the combination of both (combined rights of creatures and rights of God). In the Islamic penal law, when the right is violated, the victim can forgive the perpetrator, while the violation of the right of Allah, the punishment cannot be offered because it injures the public's rights. As for the rights, which are a combination of both, victims can forgive the perpetrators, but cannot abolish the penalty for crimes against public rights. The concept of rights in Islam can be an entry point for the contextualization of Islamic criminal law. The form of punishment does not have to be rigid as written in the sacred texts, but can be adaptive to the contexts. Thus, maq?shid al-syar?'ah can still be achieved, and Islamic law can be sh?lih li kull zam?n wa mak?n. Keywords: jar?mah, rights, Islam

This study aims to analyze customer confidence in purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable in Tokopedia E-Commerce. This type of research is qualitative using the literature study method. The result of this study is that customer trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable in tokopedia E-Commerce and efforts made by tokopedia to increase customer trust.

Al-Jabiriâ€™s thought, one of prominent thinkers of Islamic reform, considered as one with original ideas. His two main ideas, namely turats and hadatsah and epistemological critique of Islam (Arabic) is considered unique, despite the criticism leveled by some thinkers. The idea of turats and hadatsah emphasis on more comprehensive reading on turats accompanied by a more productive reading. His criticism on the epistemology of Islam (Arabic), which departed from the mapping of Arabic reason, is very popular; Bayani-Burhani-Irfani. These Al-Jabiriâ€™s ideas, especially about turats and hadatsah, are inspiring this article. It can be used as a telescope to look at Pesantren tradition that became the basis of Al-Qolam tradition as well as its area of concern contained in its vision "to be the best Research Islamic Unibersity Based on Pesantren in East Java in 2030". Turats reading and methods of reading on turats initiated by Al-Jabiri could be adopted by Al-Qolam in defining and reading the Pesantren tradition.Keywords: turats and hadatsah, pesantren, the vision of Al-Qolam

Kartini is one of the great figures in history who is often simply and arbitrarily simplified as a figure of female emancipation. Yet when it is understood in detail in her life history, then the spirit of heroism is seen extraordinary, not only for women, but for humans and humanity in general. This article attempts to read the phases of Kartini's thoughts and actions through reading her letters to her correspondent friends. From these letters, it was read that there was a very human process in Kartini's life journey: from a liberal and radical figure, to a down-to-earth warrior figure. This transformation process certainly occured because of the influence of the environment she had faced. External literature that supports the reading of this transformation becomes urgent to get a more comprehensive understanding.

Pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel merupakan kunci keberhasilan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi desa. Namun, masih banyak BUMDes yang menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara sistematis karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan pemahaman dasar akuntansi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus BUMDes Karya Lestari di Desa Patemon dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu. Metode yang digunakan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan program kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan para pengurus BUMDes mampu memahami struktur laporan keuangan dasar dan dapat menggunakan template Excel yang disesuaikan untuk mencatat transaksi dan menyusun laporan secara periodik. Dan juga pada kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes, serta menjadi langkah awal menuju digitalisasi administrasi keuangan desa.

Farm labor or peasant is an urgent component in agriculture, farm and animal husbandry or aquaculture. Farm workers or peasants also have unique and different characteristics compared to industrial workers, especially in terms of form and rhythm of work. However, farm workers do not get specific protection in positive law in Indonesia. This article explores the legislation in Indonesia to see the position of farm workers in positive law. The search results, supported by the elaboration of historical facts, show that agricultural laborers in Indonesia do not have a specific legal protection. Meanwhile, the facts of current agricultural developments show that farm workers increasingly need this protection in line with the tendency of agricultural globalization.

This research is to explore the practice of primbon traditions in wedding ceremonies for the people of Harjokuncaran Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, by considering the perspective of the Syafi'i Madzhab. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through participant observation and in-depth interviews with local community leaders. The findings show that the primbon tradition has a significant role in weddings in the village, with an influence that reflects the values and teachings of the Syafi'i Madzhab. The implications of this research open up space for further understanding of the relationship between local traditions and religious teachings in the context of marriage in rural Indonesian communities. This kind of research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics in understanding cultural and religious dynamics and promoting deeper intercultural dialogue in the context of marriage in Indonesia. Thus, this research can be the basis for developing a more inclusive and holistic approach in responding to the needs of rural communities regarding weddings and their local traditions, as well as strengthening collaboration between communities and educational institutions
