Abstract

This study aimed to produce and determine the feasibility of contextual learning video on course of Administration Education Research Methodology. The research method was research and development of ADDIE model. The stages of this research and development consisted of Analysis, Design, and Development. The data collection techniques in analysis stage were interview and observation, while questionnaire was used in development stage. Data collection instruments were inventory questionnaires with rating scales. Data analysis technique was descriptive analysis with quantitative and descriptive approaches. Descriptive techniques were used to analyze the results of problems and learning components of Office Administration Education Research Methodology. Quantitative techniques were used to analyze data from experts. Validation of developed contextual learning media involved media expert and material expert. The conclusions of the particular study are: 1) this study has produced a contextual learning video on course of Administration Education Research Methodology with material of research proposal in topic of Introduction; 2) according to the assessment of media experts and material experts, the developed learning video has a criteria of very feasible.

Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen Laboratorium Dalam Meningkatkan Income Generating di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) perencanaan laboratorium dalam meningkatkan income generating (2) pengorganisasian laboratorium dalam meningkatkan income generating (3) pelaksanaan laboratorium dalam meningkatkan income generating dan (4) pengawasan laboratorium dalam meningkatkan income generating. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui penelitian sesuai dengan fokus penelitian yaitu tentang manajemen laboratorium dalam meningkatkan income generating Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan sumber daya manusia, sarana, dan biaya laboratorium Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis mengikuti SK Dekan, pedoman pengadaan, dan RKA Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. 2) Pengorganisasian laboratorium dilakukan berdasarkan pendelegasian wewenang di FEB. 3) Program layanan laboratorium untuk mahasiswa dan dosen sesuai kurikulum, namun layanan untuk masyarakat umum belum optimal untuk peningkatan pendapatan. 4) Pengawasan laboratorium mengikuti SOP, tetapi sistem digital untuk pengawasan belum sepenuhnya diterapkan.Kata kunci: Income Generating; Laboratorium; Manajemen;  Abstract: Laboratory Management in Improving Income Generating at The Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Yogyakarta. This study aims to describe and analyze (1) laboratory planning in increasing income generating (2) laboratory organization in increasing income generating (3) laboratory implementation in increasing income generating and (4) laboratory supervision in increasing income generating. The results showed that: 1) FEB laboratory human resources, facilities, and cost planning follow the Dean's Decree, procurement guidelines, and RKA of the Faculty of Economics and Business. 2)Laboratory organization is based on the delegation of authority within FEB. 3) Laboratory service programs for students and lecturers align with curriculum goals, but services for the public are not yet fully optimized for income generation. 4)Laboratory supervision adheres to SOPs and rules, though digital supervision systems are not fully implemented.Keyword: Income Generating; Laboratory; Management;
