Abstract

Small business sectors, such as Buket Mbu_Aja, face operational inefficiencies due to manual order recording practices that are prone to errors and limitations in digital marketing. These conditions hinder the efftiveness of service delivery and inventory management. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a Web-Based E-Catalog and Ordering Information System for Buket Mbu_Aja as a solution for sales digitalization and automation. The system development adopts an iterative Agile approach, focusing on rapid analysis, design, and implementation. The system is designed to support multiple product categories (such as flower bouquets, sliced fruit, salads, and pudding drinks) and provides features for order management, raw material stock control, digital product catalogs, and sales reports for the admin. Customers can utilize online forms for ordering and customized requests. The research results show that this system successfully provides a platform capable of reducing the risk of recording errors, accelerating service processes, and facilitating integrated digital marketing. Thus, the system is effective in supporting digital transformation and improving the operational efficiency of Mbu_Aja.
