Abstract

This study analyzes the roles of organizational communication and teamwork in employee performance at Bank NTB Syariah, Bima City. The research focuses on how communication is implemented within the organization, how teamwork is fostered in the work environment, and how these two aspects help overcome obstacles and improve employee performance. A qualitative approach is employed, utilizing descriptive research and a phenomenological perspective to explore the employees' actual experiences in carrying out their work activities. Data collection involves in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, drawing upon both primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis includes data collection, condensation, and presentation, followed by drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation, method triangulation, member checking, and prolonged researcher engagement in the field. The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of organizational communication patterns and teamwork dynamics at Bank NTB Syariah, Bima City, while explaining their contributions to improved employee performance. Furthermore, the study aims to provide recommendations to help management strengthen internal communication, enhance inter-team collaboration, and sustainably optimize organizational performance.
