Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors can improve the competitiveness of SMEs and how big those factors affect the improvement of competitiveness of SMEs and what strategies should be done by SMEs in the face of ASEAN economics for the business actors of SMEs in Indonesia in particular in Cirebon district can compete with foreign business actors in terms of products and trained human resources so as not to be a spectator in the State itself in global competition. The method used is a survey research methods and data analysis tool used is path analysis. The population in this study is SMEs that run business activities in Cirebon regency as much as 10.975 SMEs. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, the sample size in this study as many as 100 SMEs. The research instrument used is the questionnaire. The results of the research note that funding variables, entrepreneurship training, business assistance and partnership have an effect on competitiveness in facing ASEAN economics. Among the variables that have the most influence on competitiveness are partnerships, while the variables affecting the ASEAN economy are competitiveness variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether SMEs have a role to economic growth and how big the role of SMEs to economic growth in Indonesia. Types of data used are time series data i.e SMEs data and Economic growth data from year 2003 until 2018 in Indonesia.Tool of analyze data used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis shows that the influence between of SMEs on economic growth in Indonesia is only 12,5%, it means that Small Micro Entreprises do not have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, government to accelerate the development of SMEs in Indonesia in order to contribute to economic growth as in the economic crisis that occurred in 1998 SMEs are able to survive when many large companies are bankrupt. This may be caused by SMEs owners and workers in SMEs do not pay taxes to the government so that not much contribute to the economic growth of the Indonesia. In order for SMEs to contribute to economic growth, must export their products to other countries and support from the government is needed to facilitate SMEs in obtaining capital access from financial institutions.

Abstract

Turnover Cash, receivables and inventories as working capital components can affect the short length of time dependent on working capital fund that will ultimately affect the level of profitability achieved. The higher the turnover rate of cash, accounts receivable and inventory indicating the shorter the time dependent capital in the working capital component. This shows the efficiency in the use of capital that would raise the level of profitability achieved KPRI Sumber Makmur. Issues examined in this study were: (1). Is there any influence of cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventories to profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sumber Makmur 2002-2004?, (2). How much influence the rate of turnover of cash, receivables and inventories to profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sumber Makmur 2002-2004? This study aims to: (1). To determine whether there is influence of the rate of turnover of cash, receivables and inventories to profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sumber Makmur years 2002- 2004, and (2). To find out How much influence the rate of turnover of cash, receivables and inventories to profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sumber Makmur 2002-2004. The population in this study is KPRI Sumber Makmur years 2002- 2004 which amounted to 46 cooperatives. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (samples intended). The sample in this study is in the form KPRI Financial Statements Balance Sheet and SHU of twelve (12) KPRI Sumber Makmur for three (3) years ie from 2002 to 2004, so that the sample was 36. There are two variables that were examined in this study, namely: (1). Cash Turnover (X) and (2). Profitability Economy (Y). Data collection tool used in this study is documentation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the rate of turnover of cash, accounts receivable and inventory significantly affect the economic profitability KPRI Sumber Makmur amounted to 76.9%. Variable X partially and simultaneously influence the variable Y. Suggestions to convey to the board and managers should KPRI Sumber Makmur is efficiently manage cash sales, both sales of goods and services to members by improving services and providing goods which vary according to the needs and tastes of consumers, the executives and managers KPRI Sumber Makmur should further pursue lending in the short term so that receivables can return within one period. And for the next researcher to pay attention to other factors that may affect the economic profitability.

Abstract

Video “Anvibe of Mathematics” merupakan media pembelajaran video dalam materi SPLDV. Dalam hal ini penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran video “Anvibe of Mathematics” dalam materi SPLDV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan sebanyak 6 siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 2 Telagasari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket semi tertutup. Teknik analisis data pada angket semi tertutup menggunakan Skala Diferensi Semantik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran video “Anvibe of Mathematics” dalam materi SPLDV memperoleh kriteria “Baik Sekali” dengan persentase rata-rata 95%.
