Abstract

ABSTRACT This study describes the implementation of the the Regent Regulation related Jembrana District Government's Strata-1 Scholarship  In The Effort Improving the quality of human resources through public policy perspective. Jembrana District Government has a policy to be proud to carry out an educational policy of Strata-1 scholarships. This policy will provide ample opportunity for students to get a quality academic potential and also as a form of accountability Jembrana district government education policies scholarships for Jembrana Regency society.
