Inorganic waste is difficult to decompose naturally and still piles up in Rumbio Jaya District, Riau Province. At the same time, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in elementary schools in the area has not been optimal because teachers lack project modules on inorganic waste processing. Previous studies on waste-themed P5 have mostly examined how projects are implemented, whereas validated teacher's guides for Phase B that are grounded in local needs remain limited. This study aimed to develop a P5 module based on inorganic waste recycling for fourth grade elementary school students in Rumbio Jaya District and to test its validity and practicality. The novelty of the module lies in the explicit alignment of recycling activities with the dimensions, elements, and sub-elements of the Pancasila student profile and in its basis in a needs analysis of three local elementary schools. This Research and Development (R&D) study used the 4D model, modified to three stages (define, design, and develop); the disseminate stage was not carried out. Data were obtained through interviews, expert validation questionnaires completed by three validators, and a practicality questionnaire completed by one fourth grade teacher. The average scores of the first, second, and third validators were 92.66%, 88.57%, and 97.85% (very valid), and the practicality score was 95.83% (very practical). The module is therefore valid and practical as a guide for teachers implementing P5 projects. Its effect on students' environmental awareness was not tested and needs to be examined in further research.
