Abstract

. Land scarcity in urban areas has spurred various innovations in land use, such as the formation of Women Farmers’ Groups (KWT) as a platform for women’s empowerment to improve their skills and family income. This study aims to identify the sources of household income for members of the Kirani Women Farmers’ Group in Blitar City and to analyze the contribution of mint cultivation to their total family income. Using a census method on 27 members during April–May 2026, the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The study’s results show that the average annual household income consists of the husband’s income (Rp32,577,777.78), the wife’s income outside the KWT (Rp11,022,222.22), other income (Rp3,962,963.00), and the wife’s income from the KWT (Rp1,224,769.88). These results indicate that the contribution of mint cultivation is very low, accounting for only 2.51% of total household income (Rp48,787,732.88). Therefore, ongoing guidance and efforts to increase the value added of the products are needed so that this farming enterprise can make a more significant contribution to the members’ economy.
