Abstract

PT. NOK Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur oil seal dan komponen rubber molding untuk industri otomotif dan non otomotif yang terus berkembang. Pada periode Januari-Juni 2015, bagian produksi area NAL, PT.NOK Indonesia menerima 7 kasus Customer Complaint, 4 kasus merupakan complaint produk mixed-up, antara produk BV05044-I0, BV05044-J0 dan AVQ0026-A0, yang masuk pada kategori critical, Perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan produk mixed-up adalah dengan membuat sistem pendeteksi produk mixed-up. Sistem ini bekerja menggunakan hi-speed Camera sebagai pengambil citra digital. Citra yang diambil merupakan citra bagian inner produk yang dijadikan acuan sistem. Pengolahan citra digital dilakukan oleh kontrol kamera untuk menentukan citra OK dan NG. Penerapan sistem ini dapat menghilangkan komplainpelanggan produk mixed-up, dari sebelumnya sebanyak 4 kasus menjadi 0 kasus, atau turun 100%. NOK Indonesia is an oil seal manufacturing company and rubber molding components for the automotive and non automotive industries. In January-June 2015, the production division of NAL area of PT.NOK Indonesia received 7 complaint cases, 4 cases were complaint of mixed-up products, between BV05044-I0, BV05044-J0 and AVQ0026-A0 product which classified as critical categories. Improvements made to overcome the problem of mixed-up products is to create a mixed-up product detection system. This system works using hi-speed Camera as a digital image taker. The image taken is the image of the inner product that is used as the system reference. Digital image processing is done by the camera control to determine the OK and NG image. Implementation of this system can solve Customer Complaintof mixed-up products, from 4 cases become 0 cases, or down 100%. Keywords :Complain, mixed-up, hi-speed camera, digital image processing

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar PAI dan Budi Pekerti materi Sujud siswa kelas VII-G semester 1 SMPN 3 Klari-Karawang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran. Hal ini diperkuat dengan temuan bahwa siswa cenderung pasif dalam pembelajaran, kurang antusias dan pembelajaran cenderung berjalan searah (teacher Center). Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui metode demontrasi pada pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti kelas VII-G di SMPN 3 Klari. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Metode ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu Perencanaan, Tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode Demontrasi mengalamai peningkatan. Rincian ketuntasan hasil belajar Pra siklus sebesar 52,17%, hasil belajar Siklus I sebesar 65%, dan hasil belajar siklus II sebesar 86%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan penerapan metode demontasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI dan Budi Pekerti Materi Sujud. This classroom action research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Character Building material of Sujud class VII-G students in semester 1 of SMPN 3 Klari-Karawang. Based on the results of observations, it was found that student learning outcomes had not yet reached the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria. This is reinforced by the finding that students tend to be passive in learning, less enthusiastic and learning tends to be one-way (teacher center). The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through demonstration methods in Islamic Religious Education and Character Building class VII-G at SMPN 3 Klari. The method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This method is carried out in four stages, namely Planning, Action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. Data validity uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study showed that student learning outcomes after the Demonstration method was applied increased. Details of the completeness of Pre-cycle learning outcomes were 52.17%, Cycle I learning outcomes were 65%, and Cycle II learning outcomes were 86%. From these results, it can be concluded that the application of the demonstration method can improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education on Prostration Material.
