Abstract

Study about SME’s Growth in Semarang had general purpose to analyze moderating effect of Financial Literacy through the relationship between Financial Access to Finance to SME’s Growth. Financial Literacy to Access to Finance. Others also assesed Financial Literacy and Access to Finance to SME’s Performance in Semarang.This study adopted quantitative research design and used SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis method by SmartPLS 3.0 to run the data. Population in this research was all UMKM actor in Semarang that put 100 sampel contributing in this research by purposive sampling technique.The finding of the research found Financial Literacy and Access to Finance affect performance, Financial Literacy affects Access to Finance and financial Literacy cannot be mediator for the relationship between Access to Finance to SME’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The dependent variable in this study is ROA, while the independent variables are CAR, NPF, FDR, and BOPO; and SIZE as a control variable. The population of this study is PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The samples taken are quarterly financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk for 7 periods, namely the period 2010 - 2017. Data collected was analyzed by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 computer program. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: CAR has no significant positive effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. NPF and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. While FDR has a positive and not significant effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

Investment in MSME through the Equity Crowdfunding Platform was introduced and implemented in Indonesia at the end of 2018. The number of investors and investment value on the Equity Crowdfunding platform in Indonesia until 2019 experienced a drastic increase where the percentage increase was more than 100%. However, research related to Equity Crowdfunding in Indonesia has not been done much. This study has a general objective to analyze the effect of MSME performance, trust and risk perception on investment intentions at MSME through the Equity Crowdfunding Platform in Indonesia.The population used in this study are investors of the Equity Crowdfunding Platform in Indonesia. The sample used was 144 respondents. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling. The data collection methods were used questionnaires. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24.0 analysis tools.The results of this study indicate that the performance of MSMEs has a positive and significant effect on trust and investment intentions. Then, trust has a positive and significant effect on investment intentions. While trust has a negative and significant effect on risk perceived. In addition, risk perceived also has a negative and significant effect on investment intentions. Trust variables are found to have a dominant influence on investment intentions so it is important for company managers to be able to maintain and even increase investor’s trust by building a systematic evaluation mechanism.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship rate in Indonesia has actually exceeded international standards, which is 3.1% but Indonesia is still quite behind compared to other countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand. At Diponegoro University itself, the entrepreneurship rate of students is quite high, but in the last three years experienced volatility in the number of entrepreneurial students. The majority of Diponegoro University graduates still choose to find employment rather than providing employment. Even though Indonesia will soon experience a demographic bonus that will be dominated by millennials, where in several other studies involving millennials, it is stated that the majority of millennials want to become entrepreneurs. For this reason, this study discusses how the relationship between entrepreneurial intentions with entrepreneurship education and the propensity to take risks and how the effect of self-efficacy in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurship education among students at Diponegoro University. The population in this study were all entrepreneurial students at Diponegoro University who took samples with a purposive sampling technique to obtain 120 respondents who participated in this study. The questionnaire was tested first using the instrument in the form of feasibility studies to test the validity and reliability testing. The analytical method of this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24.0 analysis tools. The processing results of the SEM analysis in this study showed that the propensity to take risk of a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Then, entrepreneurship education also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education through self-efficacy is also able to positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions. Self-efficacy variable was found to have a dominant influence on entrepreneurial intentions so important for entrepreneurial students to have the confidence and the ability or willingness to continue to learn things related to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the results of existing pre-research, it is known that the sales level at Angkringan Djoegjakarto experienced a drastic decline in April 2023 and there were fluctuations in the sales level in 2023. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and social media marketing towards sales level in Angkringan Djoegjakarto. This study places Angkringan Djoegjakarto's social media followers as the research population, then sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the criteria of Angkringan Djoegjakarto consumers in Bogor Regency who are 17 (seventeen) years old, know and follow social media from Angkringan Djoegjakarto, and have bought and visited Angkringan Djoegjakarto at least 1 (one) time within the last 3 (three) months). The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and analyzed with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto, price has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto, and social media marketing has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto

Abstract

ABSTRACT Caynilv is one of the creative economy entrepreneurs operating in the women's fashion industry. The aim of this study is to analyze the appropriate marketing strategy in facing competition by identifying the company's internal factors and external environmental factors that influence the company. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, as it seeks to collect existing facts and focuses on revealing a problem and the current situation as it is. Descriptive research only conducts analysis up to the descriptive level, which involves systematically analyzing and presenting facts to facilitate understanding and drawing conclusions. This study utilizes the SWOT analysis method and the BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group). SWOT analysis is employed to analyze strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat, while the BCG Matrix is used to determine market growth rate and relative market share. The results of the SWOT analysis research, with an IFAS score of 3.02 and an EFAS score of 2.75, indicate that the position on the SWOT diagram is in quadrant 3, which represents a turnaround situation. The appropriate strategy in this case would be the WO (Weaknesses, Opportunities) strategy, which involves improving inadequate production capacity, expanding market share using relevant technological advancements such as e-commerce platforms like TikTok, enhancing underutilized marketing efforts, and diversifying product variations according to market demand. Based on the BCG Matrix analysis (1) the brand position of Caynilv and the product line of skirts, along with the defective product set, are located in the Stars quadrant. The common strategy utilized in this quadrant is to maintain the position, (2) the position of the shirt product is in the Question Marks quadrant. The common strategy employed in this quadrant is a growth strategy (build), (3) the position of the culottes product is in the Dogs quadrant. The common strategy used in this quadrant is a divestment/liquidation strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of new technology and innovation in business practices causes competition for each company to become increasingly fierce. Alldays is a creative economy business operating in the beauty industry. This research aims to analyze and develop a conceptual model regarding marketing strategies using TikTok live streaming as a promotional medium to improve the performance of the Alldays beauty business as measured by the level of existence and income. In conducting this research, data was collected from the source that was the research object, namely Alldays. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The type of case study used is Case Study Research because research is carried out on specific objects in real-life contexts contained in Alldays, which are temporary and specific. This research involves direct contact with the research object, namely Alldays, which means it is specific. The research results show that promotional activities using TikTok live streaming positively impact Alldays, especially in terms of brand awareness and e-trust. In line with this, promotional content via TikTok live streaming positively and significantly impacts purchase decisions. The marketing strategy using TikTok live streaming has positively and significantly impacted Alldays' business performance, especially in increasing existence and revenue. The continued increase in followers on social media and financial report records proves this. This research is expected to help develop the Alldays company marketing strategy and can become valuable literature for scientists.
