Abstract

Loyalty is a behavior of obedience and dedication in working towards the workplace and working with discipline and responsibility for the tasks. This research explores the factors influencing the loyalty of Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in Ponorogo Regency, focusing on job satisfaction, conflict management, and teacher empowerment. The findings underscore the importance of these factors in enhancing school stability and students' educational experiences. Using a quantitative approach, 97 teachers were sampled using the cluster random sampling technique. The instrument employed was a questionnaire. The analytical methods involved simple and multiple linear regression analyses, aided by statistical software SPSS and SmartPLS. Results indicate that job satisfaction, conflict management, and teacher empowerment significantly impact teacher loyalty. Job satisfaction contributes 28.4%, conflict management 9.9%, and teacher empowerment 48.6% to teacher loyalty. Overall, the combined effect of these factors amounts to a 57.9% impact on teacher loyalty. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing teacher loyalty and their implications for educational development in Muhammadiyah schools in Ponorogo Regency.
