Abstract

This study examines the effect of Aqidah Akhlak learning on the Islamic behavior of fifth-grade students at MI Nurul Qomar Palembang. It aims to determine how Aqidah Akhlak learning is implemented, describe students’ Islamic behavior, and investigate whether Aqidah Akhlak learning affects their Islamic behavior. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample consisted of all 23 fifth-grade students at MI Nurul Qomar Palembang, selected using saturated sampling, representing 100% of the population. Data analysis involved calculating percentages, obtaining basic descriptive statistics, determining the calculated and table values of the correlation coefficient, and interpreting the results. The findings indicate that Aqidah Akhlak learning was in the moderate category, with a score of 3.14, while students’ Islamic behavior was in the high category, with a score of 4.23. Furthermore, the results revealed a positive relationship with a moderate correlation coefficient of 0.423 between Aqidah Akhlak learning and students’ Islamic behavior. The study also found a significant effect of Aqidah Akhlak learning on students’ Islamic behavior.
