Abstract

ABSTRAK Olahraga futsal biasanya dijadikan sebagai pembelajaran di luar mata pelajaran sekolah yang disebut ekstrakurikuler yang berguna sebagai wadah bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi bakat di dalam dirinya untuk mencapai prestasi dan pelatih sebagai jembatan untuk mencapai prestasi yang dicapai. Pelatih dituntut untuk dapat memberikan yang terbaik untuk tim, maka dari itu pelatih yang baik seharusnya memiliki keilmuan atau latar belakang yang sesuai dalam cabang olahraga yang ditekuninya, baik cara melatih ataupun strategi untuk menghasilkan sebuah prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pelatih ekstrakurikuler futsal Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Gresik yang menjuarai kejuaraan futsal ?JUSTFIX? di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme pada tahun 2014-2017 meliputi juara 1, 2 dan 3. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada 11 pelatih futsal SMP di Gresik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari beberapa faktor yang digunakan untuk mengambarkan profil pelatih ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan persentase tertinggi adalah (1) tingkat pendidikan tertinggi 72,7% dari S1 Olahraga, (2) lisensi pelatih 0% tidak ada lisensi pelatih, (3) lama melatih 54,5% melatih > 6 tahun, (4) kejuaraan yang pernah diikuti 63,6% mengikuti tingkat kabupaten, (5) jumlah kejuaraan 72,7% 1-4 kali, (6) prestasi atlet yang dilatih 63,6% tingkat kabupaten, (7) juara yang pernah diperoleh 3 tahun terakhir 37% juara II, (8) anak latih 34,4% kelas 7 dan 8, (9) prestasi pelatih (sebagai pemain/atlet) 69,2% tingkat kabupaten dan prestasi pelatih (sebagai pelatih) 53,8% tingkat kabupaten, (10) kategori yang dilatih 78,5% melatih putra, (11) program latihan 53,8% menggunakan program latihan harian. Persentase yang paling tinggi dari keseluruhan pernyataan yaitu kategori yang dilatih. Sedangkan persentase yang paling rendah yaitu lisensi pelatih. ABSTRACK Futsal is usually used as a learning outside school subjects are called extracurricular useful as a forum for students to develop the potential talent within him to achieve the feat and the coach as a bridge to achieve the achievements. Coaches are required to provide the best for the team, and therefore a good coach should have a scientific or appropriate background in the sport practiced, either by training or strategy for generating an achievement. This study aims to determine the profile of futsal extracurricular coach Junior High School (SMP) in Gresik, who won the championship futsal "JUSTFIX" SMAN 1 Cerme in 2014-2017 include champion of 1, 2 and 3. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using questionnaires and interviews. Limited trials were conducted on 11 futsal junior high school coaches in Gresik. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative. The research result of several factors used to portray profile coach extracurricular futsal with the highest percentage is (1) the highest educational level 72,7% of the S1 Sport, (2) licensed coaches 0% no license coach, (3) long train 54,5% train> 6 years, (4) championships have been followed 63,6% following the district level, (5) the number of championships 72,7% 1-4 time, (6) the achievements of athletes who trained 63,6% of the district, (7) champion ever obtained last 3 years 37% title II, (8) children trained 34,4% of grade 7 and 8 (9) achievement of the coach (as a player / athlete) 69,2% of the district and achievement trainer (coach) 58,3% of the district level, (10) categories were trained 78,5% trained men, (11) the exercise program 53,8% use a daily exercise program. The highest percentage of all statements is the category that is trained. While the lowest percentage is the trainer?s license. Keywords: Profile, Coach, Extracurricular, Futsal

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebuah jawaban dari rumusan masalah pengruh latihan tabata circuit training terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet futsal. Metode ini adalah menggunakan kuantitatif ekperimen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 atlet yang melakukan aktivitas fisik . Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan tes lari Illinois agility run. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan tabata circuit training terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet dikarenakan hasil perhitungan statistik menggunakan paired sample t test nilai dari Sig. (2-tailed) 0,002 < 0,05. Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan tersebut dapat dijadikan variasi latihan dalam meningkatkan kelincahan. Berdasarkan data peningkatan kemampuan latihan tabata circuit training untuk data persentase peningkatan pretest dan postest yaitu 1,99 %. Dari sebuah analisis data dan bahasan disimpulkan bahwa tabata circuit training terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada pemain yang melakukan aktivitas fisik. Berikut merupakan hasil dari penelitian sehingga bisa dijadikan kajian dan masukan Bagi pelatih, pembina serta atlet dapat menggunakan tabata circuit training sebagai salah satu Kata Kunci: Tabata Circuit Training, Kelincahan. Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out an answer from the research questionthe effect of tabata circuit training in increasing agility in futsal players. This method in this study is quantitative experimen with a total sample of 15 athletes doing physical activity. Agilitywas measured by using the illinois agility run test. The results showed that tabata circuit training exercises have a significant effect on improving the agility of athletes due to the results of statistical calculations using paired sample t test values from Sig. (2-tailed) 0,002 < 0,05. It means that it can be concluded that those training can be used as a variation in training in increasing agility. Based on the data increasing ability of tabata circuit training for percentage data, the pretest and posttest increase was 1,99 %. From the data analysis result and discussion, it can be concluded that tabata circuit training has a significant effect in increasing agility in player who doing physical activity. The following are the results of the study so that it can be used as a study and input.For trainers, coaches and athletes can use tabata circuit training as an alternative to improve agility. Abstract

AbstrakCabang olahraga Futsal merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang sangat digemari di Surabaya. Terbuktidengan melimpahnya usaha jasa sewa lapangan dan banyak pula akademi Futsal yang berdiri di Surabaya. Denganadanya akademi Futsal, maka dibutuhkan pula sosok pelatih yang dapat melatih para pemain yang ada di akademiFutsal tersebut. Tidak sembarang orang dapat melatih dengan baik. Dari segi teknis, pelatih yang baik adalah pelatihyang bisa membuat pemain paham tentang apa yang dilatihnya. Dan cara pelatih untuk dapat membuat pemainnyamudah paham yaitu dengan melakukan coaching process dengan baik. Coaching process merupakan salah satu materiyang diajarkan pada pelatih saat mengikuti lisensi pelatih Futsal level 1 Nasional yang dimana isinya mencakup hal-haldetail dari sebelum latihan sampai selesai latihan. Penting bagi pelatih akademi untuk bisa menjalankan coachingprocess dengan baik karena berpengaruh pada tingkat kepemahaman pemainnya. Dari hal tersebut saya berinisiatifuntuk melakukan penelitian tentang coaching process latihan teknik pada pelatih di Espirito Futsalismo U16 danMursyid Effendi Futsal Akademi U16.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskrtiptif. Hasil penelitian telahdilakukan dengan proses pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap objek yang diteliti (pelatih akademi). Berdasarkan hasilpengamatan dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian coaching process, total nilai yang diperoleh dari dua pelatihakademi yang menjadi objek penelitian tersebut adalah mendapat predikat ?Cukup Baik? dalam hal melatih.Kata kunci : coaching process, akademi, pelatih Futsal.AbstractFutsal is one of the most popular sports in Surabaya. Proven by the abundance of field rental services andmany Futsal academies that stands in Surabaya. With the Futsal academy, then we need a coach who can train theplayers in the Futsal academy. Not just anyone can train be well. From a technical perspective, a good coach is a coachwho can make players understand what they are train. And how to train to be able to make the player easy to undertandis by doing the coaching process be well. The coaching process is one of the materials taught to the trainer whenfollowing the coaching course level one nation, where the contents include the details from before training until the endof training. It?s important for coaches at the academy to be able to run the coaching process be well, because it affectsthe level of understanding of the players. From this I took the initiative to conduct research the basic training coachingprocess on coach who train at the Espirito Futsalismo U16 and Mursyid Effendi Futsal Academy U16This study used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The result of the research have beencarried out with the process of observing and interviewing the object under study (academy coach). Based onobservations using assessment instruments of the coaching process, the total value obtained from the two academycoaches who became the objects of the research was to get a pretty good predicate in terms of training.Keywords : coaching process, academy, Futsal coach.1

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the influence of Moderate-Intensity Continuous Training (MICT) combined with a two-touch game on the passing and receiving abilities of Persebra U15 soccer players. MICT was conducted at an intensity of 40-60% of maximum heart rate for 45 minutes per session, three times a week, for six weeks. Players performed continuous passing and receiving drills within a small-sided game that allowed a maximum of two touches per player. Materials and Methods: This study used a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design with 10 Persebra U15 players. Passing and receiving skills were assessed using standard tests before and after the 6-week intervention. Result: Paired t-test analysis showed a significant improvement in mean passing and receiving scores from pre- to post-test (mean difference 1.0, p=0.015). Conclusion: The findings suggest that MICT combined with a two-touch, small-sided game can effectively enhance the essential technical skills of young soccer players. Improving passing and receiving abilities through structured training leads to the positive development of individual playing skills and team performance

Abstract

Level kondisi kebugaran jasmani siswa di Indonesia masih dalam nilai rendah dimana sedikit kontribusi yang didapatkan dari mata pelajaran penjas di sekolah. Implementasi pembentukan karakter juga perlu dimunculkan dalam pendidikan jasmani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan survei tentang level kebugaran jasmani, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani pada anak-anak. Subjek yang diteliti adalah anak Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang berusia 13-14 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan persentasi dapat diketahui sebagai berikut: tingkat kesegaran jasmani pada siswa putra kelas VII adalah sebesar 57,14 % yaitu berada pada katagori sedang, kemudian pada siswa putri kelas VII sebesar 53,85 % yang mana masuk pada level kategori sedang. Naik ke tingkat siswa putra kelas VIII persentase paling besar yaitu 57,14 % pada katagori baik. Pada siswa putri kelas VIII persentase paling besar yaitu 70 % pada katagori sedang. Tingkat kesegaran jasmani pada siswa putra kelas IX jumlah persentase paling besar yaitu 50 % pada katagori sedang. Pada siswa putri kelas IX persentase paling besar yaitu 66,67 % pada katagori sedang. Kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa kelas VII, VIII dan IX SMP di Kabupaten Sidoarjo rata-rata dalam katagori sedang, hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor meliputi faktor gizi, pola istirahat, kebiasaan hidup sehat, pengaruh gadget, dan faktor lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of academic coaches to train physical conditions and basic techniques of early childhood football. The target of this research is SSB coaches with academic backgrounds from football school clubs (SSB) in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik, each taken as 2 Coaches. As for the research subjects were foster children aged 12-14 years with a total of 30 children. This research used quantitative descriptive, while the method used in this study was a survey, namely data collection using only tests and measurements by doing a physical condition test which includes: endurance , speed, strength, and agility. As well as basic football technical tests which include: pass down, pass up, shooting, throw in, heading, dribbling, and juggling. Conclusion: (1) Based on table two it can be seen that the quality category of the players' physical condition from the academic coaches is: 15 players (12.50%) are in the very good category, 27 players (22.50%) are in the good category, as many as 45 players (37.50%) were in the moderate category, 23 players (19.17%) were in the low category, and as many as 10 players (8.33%) were in the very poor category. (2) Based on the table above, it is known that the basic technical quality categories of players from academic coaches are: 66 players (55.00%) are in the very good category, 52 players (43.33%) are in the good category, and as many as 2 players. (1.67%) is in the medium category.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a digital application for preparing an exercise program to make it easier for trainers to prepare an exercise program. This research uses Agile Development Methods. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Sports Science, Unesa, involving a sample of 50 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purpose random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using surveys. Based on the results of observations made to the sample, a total of 78% of the sample stated that the development of this application was going very well, 14% was good and 8% was sufficient. It can be concluded that this digital-based training program web is suitable for use by trainers in preparing training programs.

Abstract

Tracer Study (TS) is an effective media used to track the absorption of alumni of a university in the world of work and become an illustration of the existence of a university. The purpose of this study was to obtain alumni data for the 2019 and 2020 graduate years. This research was a descriptive quantitative type which aims to provide an overview of the current situation and work of alumni. The instrument used in this research is the google form which consists of two types of open and closed questionnaires. The sample of this research was alumni of the Faculty of Sports Science and will be mapped for each generation of alumni. The sampling technique used is quota with a target number of 300 alumni. Data analysis was carried out to produce outputs according to the research objectives, namely calculating the average value of the percentage and probability of each answer scale in the questionnaire. The conclusion was that from 710 total alumni of 2019 and 2020 graduates who have filled 310 alumni which were divided into three study programs, namely PENJAS 73 alumni from a total of 271 graduates, PKO as many as 132 alumni from 225 graduates and IKOR 105 alumni from 214 graduates. Meanwhile, those who have not filled out the PENJAS study program are 198 alumni, PKO 93 alumni and IKOR 109 alumni. As many as 41, 47% of alumni who got a job before graduating from work and 47.49% after graduating from work. The waiting period for alumni to get a job was only before 3 months after graduation with a percentage of 62%. The majority of 2019 and 2020 FIO graduates found jobs in private companies with a percentage of 40.14%.

Abstract

Upaya penelusuran alumni Prodi PKO sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui relevansi program pendidikan yang dilaksanakan terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data alumni untuk tahun lulusan 2020 dan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan skema penelitian Kebijakan Fakultas, khususnya menjadi penelitian khusus pada bidang kemahasiswaan dan alumni. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa sumber dana untuk biaya kuliah didominasi oleh biaya sendiri/keluarga dengan persentase 57,4%, bidikmisi 37,6% dan beasiswa swasta dengan persentase 5%. Tingkat Pendidikan yang tepat saat alumni berada didunia kerjanya banyak yang menjawab setingkat lebih tinggi sebanyak 67 alumni, serta 57 alumni menjawab tingkat yang sama. Peran metode pembelajaran yang efektif menurut alumni adalah perkuliahan sebesar 15%, praktikum 15%, dan praktek kerja lapangan 15%. Untuk metode yang kurang efektif adalah demontrasi hanya 13%. Sebanyak 32,6% alumni yang mendapat pekerjaan sebelum lulus kerja dan 42,6% setelah lulus kerja. Masa tunggu alumni untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan hanya sebelum 3 bulan setelah lulus dengan persentase 62%. Mayoritas lulusan PKO angkatan 2020 dan 2021 mendapatkan pekerjaan di instansi pemerintahan dengan persentase 37,87% sedangkan yang kedua mendapatkan perkerjaan di perusahaan swasta sebesar 37,12 %. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa penelusuran alumni dari total 225 alumni lulusan tahun 2020 dan 2021 yang sudah mengisi sebanyak 141 alumni dan yang belum mengisi sebanyak 84 alumni.

Abstract

ABSTRACTS Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effect of weight vest training on lower-limb, core, and upper-body muscle strength in amateur soccer players. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study employed a three-group pre-test–posttest design involving 31 male amateur soccer players randomly assigned to control (no weight vest, Group A, n = 10), 8.03 ± 0.79% weight vest (Group B, n = 10), and 11.45 ± 1.15% weight vest (Group C, n = 11) groups using stratified randomization based on baseline muscle strength. The participants had a mean height of 166.3 ± 5.7 cm, a mean body weight of 63.06 ± 6.49 kg, and a mean body mass index (BMI) of 21.42 ± 2.33 kg/m², with playing positions including defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Participants completed a five-week training program, and muscle strength was assessed using Leg Press, Sit-Up, and Push-Up tests. Participants took part in a five-week research program consisting of one week for pre-test assessments, three weeks of training intervention, and one week for posttest evaluations. Muscle strength was measured using the Leg Press, Sit-Up, and Push-Up tests. Data were analyzed using ANOVA for normally distributed variables and the Kruskal-Wallis test for non-normally distributed variables, with post hoc comparisons (p < 0.05). Effect sizes were reported using 95% confidence intervals and Cohen’s d. Result: All participants showed improved muscle strength after the intervention. Leg Press increased in all groups, with Group C (11.45 ± 1.15% weight vest) significantly higher than the control (p = 0.0322). Sit-Up performance was also highest in Group C (p ≤ 0.0071), while Push-Up showed no significant differences (p = 0.8047). Conclusion: Weight vest training during soccer-specific strength exercises effectively enhances lower-limb and core strength in amateur soccer players, especially at higher loads, but does not significantly affect upper-body strength.
