Abstract

Manajemen merupakan induk dari sebuah kegiatan yang mempunyai definisi yang bervariasi, dalam mengemukakan manajemen sebagai mengelola orang-orang, mengambil keputusan, proses mengorganisasi dan memakai sumber-sumber untuk menyelesaikan tujuan yang sudah ditentukan. Manajemen yang baik ialah manajemen yang tidak jauh menyimpang dari konsep, dan yang sesuai dengan obyek yang ditanganinya serta tempat organisasi itu berada. Sebagai bagian dari suatu ilmu, seharusnya manajemen itu tidak boleh menyimpang dari konsep manajemen yang sudah ada. Namun variasi bisa terjadi akibat kreasi dan inovasi para manajer.Variasi ini berkaitan dengan obyek yang ditangani dan tempat organisasi itu.Artinya setiap obyek membutuhkan cara tersendiri untuk menanganinya, begitu pula masing-masing tempat organisasi memiliki situasi dan kondisi yang berbeda yang membutuhkan penyesuaian pula bagi manajemen pada organisasi itu. Itulah sebabnya variasi-variasi seperti itu wajar ada dan bisa diterima

Abstract

This study aims to study and describe the role of school principals in improving education management in MI NU Raudlatut Tholibin Japanpakis Jati Kudus. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using observation techniques and also interviews with the principal of the research location. The results obtained explained that the principal had made various efforts and had improved to support the management of education in MI NU Raudlatut Tholibin. Efforts made related to the important role in terms of leadership and management of madrasas both for teachers, students, facilities and other school supporters. The conclusion in this study is that the role of the principal is very important in improving education management and the role of the principal must be carried out in the role of educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators and motivators.

Abstract

Besi merupakan salah satu logam yang paling banyak dijumpai di dalam kerak bumi. Dengan besi manusia dapat membina kekuatan bangsa dan negaranya, karena dari besi dibuat segala alat perlengkapan pertahanan dan keamanan negeri. Salahsatu penerapannya adalah benteng besipada masa Iskandar Zulkarnain. Pendirian benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain terdapat dalam al-Qur?an surah al-Kahfi ayat 96-98. Benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain merupakan benteng yang terbuat dari peleburan besi dan campuran tembaga. Di dalamnya terdapat reaksi-reaksi kimia yaitu reaksi redoks dan elektrokimia.Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mendeskripsikan konsep dan gambaran umum integrasi reaksi kimia terhadap kekuatan dan kisah pendirian benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain dalam al-Qur?an dan untuk menjelaskan reaksi redoks dan elektrokimia pada benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitiankepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan reaksi yang terdapat pada benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain dan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur?an. Hasil penelitian adalah penyampaian pada pendirian benteng besi Iskandar Zulkarnain yang memuat nilai-nilai keislaman serta reaksi redoks dan elektrokimia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendirian benteng besi tercantum dalam surat al-Kahfi ayat 96-98 serta di dalamnya terdapat reaksi redoks dan elektrokimia karena besi bersifat mudah mengalami korosi. Abstract

: Most of the workers of the home industry of Bakaran batik industry are housewives. Most of their husbands work as farmers or other jobs outside of agriculture. Most batik craft workers are more engaged by women because batik requires precision, tenacity and high perseverance. The problems that occur among women workers are that they are less able to divide their time aside from make batik every day, also have to complete household chores cook, sweep, care for the house and care for children, etc. The purpose of this study was to determine the social interactions between women batik craftsmen and their families. The method used is qualitative methods and result obtained by means of field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study are that social interaction between women batik craftsmen with their families is well and sometimes conflict occur. Women batik craftsmen hold social contacts and communicate well with family members. The form of interaction between batik craftsmen and families is an associative and dissociative interaction. Associative because there is cooperation and agreement with the family to achieve the goal. Dissociative because there is a dispute between women batik craftsmen and families that sometimes occur resulting in conflict.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah dalam pembelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan video dalam liveworksheets. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas X TKR 1 - X TKR 3 pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kudus. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling didapatkan kelas X TKR 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X TKR 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas eksperimen yang dimulai dengan pemberian masalah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Selain itu uji N gain menunjukkan peningkatan skor kelas eksperimen sebesar 63%, sedang kelas kontrol sebesar 49%. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan model problem-based learning berbantuan video dalam liveworksheets efektif dengan kategori sedang.Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa model PBL berbantuan video dalam liveworksheets dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to solve problems in learning mathematics. Therefore, to overcome this problem, research was carried out using a video-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in live worksheets. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study consisted of class X TKR 1 - X TKR 3 at one of the Vocational High Schools in Kudus. The sample selection using cluster random sampling technique obtained class X TKR 2 as the experimental class and X TKR 3 as the control class. The results of the implementation of the experimental class learning which began with giving problems showed an increase in mathematical problem-solving abilities. In addition, the N-gain test showed an increase in the score of the experimental class by 63% while the control class was 49%. Based on the results of the implementation and analysis, it can be concluded that the video-assisted problem-based learning model on student worksheets is effective in the medium category. These findings indicate that the video-assisted PBL model in live worksheets can be used as an alternative learning model to develop students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of students to the use of comic media in science learning with static electricity material which the authors expect to get a positive response from students and can help reduce student boredom in science learning using comic media. By making media that is fun and does not make students bored, students will be more enthusiastic in learning and the learning process can take place well without any complaints from students who feel bored by only using written media. Material static electricity is one of the branches of physics material that is important for students to understand. By using comic book media in delivering static electricity with a few pictures, it can reduce student boredom and it will be more fun than just writing. This research method uses a qualitative method by surveying the opinions of several students in different schools regarding the use of comic media on online system static electricity material using the whats app group. The results of the study showed that many students were interested in the use of comic media compared to only using writing in science learning with static electricity in online systems.                        Keywords: student responses, comic media, science learning, static electricity, online
