Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. (2) Pengaruh dana alokasi umum terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah pada Kabupaten dan Kota di Karesidenan Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi berupa laporan realisasi APBD Kabupaten dan Kota di Karesidenan Pati dari Tahun 2010-2016. Penetapan sampel ditetapkan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 5 Kabupaten dan Kota di Karesidenan Pati. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Daerah (www.djpk.depkeu.go.id) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (www.bps.go.id). Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. (2) Dana alokasi umum tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of education is by organizing PPG-SM3T program. This study aims to determine whether motivation factors, parents’ support, emotional intelligence and career planning affect the interest to follow PPG-SM3T on UNNES Economic Education students either jointly or partially. The population of this study are all students of Economic Education UNNES year 2013 which amounted to 440 students, with a total sample of 82 students. The sampling technique used is Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Before the instrument was used for data retrieval, an instrument test was performed on 30 students. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there is influence of motivation, parent support, emotional intelligence and career planning interested to follow PPG-SM3T of 97.60%. While the motivation to be a teacher influence on the interest to follow the PPG-SM3T of 49.42%. Parents’ support affects interest in following the PPG-SM3T by 41.09%. Emotional Intelligence affects interest to follow PPG-SM3T as much as 5.80% and career planning has an effect on interest in following PPG-SM3T of 8.94%.

Abstract

Limbah cair industri roti mengandung bahan organik yang tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan tingginya nilai Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) dan kekeruhan memiliki nilai yang melebihi standar baku mutu berdasarkan Perda Jawa Tengah No 5 Tahun 2012 dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan R.I. No : 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui waktu kontak paling baik dan hasil pengolah sistem Trickling filter (TF) dalam menurunkan kandungan BOD, COD dan kekeruhan yang sesuai dengan standar baku mutu limbah cair yang sudah ditetapkan. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem TF. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan menggunakan perbedaan waktu kontak (24, 48, 72, 96 dan 120). Hasil pengamatan awal limbah sebelum diolah adalah pada kadar BOD sebesar 2634,1 mg/L, kadar COD sebesar 4191,3 mg/L dan kekeruhan sebesar 1277 NTU. Dari hasil pengamatan diperoleh waktu kontak paling baik efektivitas penurunan kandungan BOD, COD dan kekeruhan berturut-turut sebesar 96,8%, 92,7% dan 96,9% pada waktu 120 jam. Waktu kontak efektif yang sesuai dengan standar baku mutu air limbah yaitu BOD 120 jam, COD 120 jam dan kekeruhan yang mendekati yaitu 120 jam.

Abstract

The use of teaching materials for the History of Islamic Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SKI MI) Course in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education study program has yet to include self-directed learning to improve learning outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to develop teaching materials for the History of Islamic Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SKI MI) Course based on self-directed learning for students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI). The research method is Research and Development, with a qualitative approach to collect data from interviews and observations and a quantitative approach to obtain data from surveys and experimental tests. The development model used is the development of Borg and Gall. Research results include: First, teaching materials for the History of Islamic Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SKI MI) Course based on self-directed learning to improve learning outcomes. Second, teaching materials are developed in 7 stages by the development of Borg and Gall. Third, the teaching materials are assessed from the material with an ideality reaching 88%, presentation with an ideality reaching 83%, language with an ideality reaching 86%, and graphics with an ideality reaching 90%. From several presentations, it is valid and practical with an ideality of 85% and effective with an Equal Variance Assumed of 0.007, effectively improving student learning outcomes. This study is limited to developing teaching materials without exploring other aspects of the learning process, such as teaching methods, teacher involvement, or the context of the learning environment that may affect student learning outcomes. The originality of this article is the development of SKI MI teaching materials based on independent learning using the Borg and Gall model.
