Abstract

Excellent Islamic educational institutions still leave questions whether from the building, infrastructure or excellent from the management process. Islamic school system in Indonesia still just to be a market. Culture in Indonesia that emphasizes physicality when choosing an educational institution needs to be changed. The process of teaching learning has to be the first aim at . One way to realize the education of Islam featured with quality management integrated, which is called by a Total Quality management (TQM). TQM is a blend of all functions of the company into holistic philosophy to build the concept of quality, teamwork, productivity, understanding and customer satisfaction. There are some strategies to improve madrasah to be excellent Islamic Institutions First. Designing the model. Second, leadership excellence. Third, design human resources, especially educators. Fourth, the potential of the spiritual, intellectual, charity, skill, and good character, Fifth, how integrating the teachings of Islam and science.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an anti-corruption character among students through the use of social media as an educational tool in schools. In the digital era, social media has become an effective platform for conveying moral and ethical values. Using qualitative methods with a literature study approach and constructive analysis, this research examines various sources related to the use of social media in education and its role in shaping student character. The findings show that social media can be used as a communication tool and a means to disseminate information about corruption. Integrating anti-corruption content into social media activities in schools can create a learning environment that supports and encourages ethical behaviour. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of relevant character education programs in the digital era and increases students' awareness of the importance of integrity and social responsibility. By understanding the dynamics of social media and digital technology, educators and policymakers can utilize these tools to combat corruption and promote ethical values in society. These results show the great potential of social media in supporting character education and creating a generation with integrity.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at YayasanPendidikan Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Tulungagung covers all aspects related to potential usersand current users. With qualitative approach with descriptive analytical technique, this casestudy explores with observation, interview, and documentation. Analyze procedure usingdata reduction, data display, and verification. The results show that the CRM strategy in atYayasan Pendidikan Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Tulungagung uses two models: firstly,conventional model using personal communication approach through religious social forumon behalf of the institution indirectly. Billboards, banners, and distribution ofbrochures/pamphlets are old ways that are still preserved. Secondly, non-conventional modelemphasing on the use of internet and social media both websites and social media groups.The use of this digital media as a form of existence of educational institutions.Keywords: CRM, Education Services, marketing Abstrak: Artikel ini membahasa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) di YayasanPendidikan Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Tulungagung meliputi semua aspek yang berhubungandengan calon pengguna dan pengguna saat ini. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknikanalisis deskriptif, studi kasus ini menggali dati dengan observasi, wawancara, dandokumentasi Prosedur analisis menggunakan reduksi data, penayangan data, dan verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi CRM di yayasan pendidikan Arrosidiyahmenggunakan dua model, pertama, konvensional yang menggunakan pendekatankomunikasi personal melalui forum sosial keagamaan mengatasnamakan lembaga secaratidak langsung. Pemasangan baliho, banner/spanduk, dan penyebaran brosur/pamphletadalah cara lama yang masih dipertahankan. Kedua, non konvensional menitikberatkanpenggunaan internet dan media sosial baik website maupun grup-grup media sosial.Penggunaan media digital ini sebagai bentuk eksistensi lembaga pendidikan.Kata kunci: CRM, Jasa Pendidikan, Pemasaran.

Abstract

This research wants to reveal the strategies of Islamic boarding school kyai in improving the quality and competitiveness of their educational institutions at Roudhotul Musthofa Rejotangan Islamic Boarding School and Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Islamic Boarding School, Tulungagung Regency. Results of qualitative descriptive research located at Roudhotul Mustofa Islamic Boarding School and Arrosidiyah Islamic Boarding School for 4 months, namely June - September 2023. Primary data sources are Kyai, Ustadz and Islamic boarding school students. Meanwhile, the secondary data is the researcher's observations with documents and field studies which are supporting research materials. Data analysis techniques include data collection, condensation and presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the Kyai's strategy in improving quality and competitiveness is working well, characterized by formulation, implementation and evaluation, making Islamic boarding schools develop rapidly. The formulation includes a vision and mission and analyzes strengths and weaknesses. Implementing the strategy by implementing superior programs, namely tahfidz Qur'an and khatam kitab kuning within a certain time and forming an Islamic boarding school work team. evaluate with external environmental assessments, organizational assessments and performance assessments.
