Abstract

In carrying out project work, PT. Qirelis Mandiri Jaya as a company engaged in construction has never been separated from the risk of workplace accidents, so that in the implementation of the development project, a good management of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is needed, because the implementation of K3 can prevent and reduce accident factors work in a project. Based on the problems found, namely what are the factors of occupational safety and health that affect the occurrence of work accidents in the construction project of Samarinda 038 Junior High School? Analysis of the data used is the analysis of severity index methods and probability impact matrix analysis of answers to questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents from the Project Manager, Field Executors, Field Supervisors and Workers who know the conditions and are directly involved in the project development work. Based on the results of research using probability impact matrix method found that there are 2 factors that significantly affect the occurrence of work accidents in the project, these variables are obtained from the highest level of risk variables, namely not wearing Personal Protective Equipment (X2.3) and Signs or posters of K3 warnings not there are / are not installed according to the applicable provisions (X4.2).

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem Keranjang Belanja yang dapat mengikuti customer yang sedang berbelanja, membaca kode barcode dari belanjaan, dan mengetahui berat belanjaan yang sudah ada didalam keranjang belanja. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang dikembangkan oleh Brog & Gall. Prinsip dasar yang merupakan karakteristik metode penelitian dan pengembangan 4 tahap Model Brog & Gall, yaitu: (1) tahap analisis, (2) tahap perancangan, (3) tahap pengembangan, (4) tahap pengujian. Hasil Penelitian Keranjang Belanja Pintar dapat direalisasikan dengan penggabungan sub-sistem yang berfungsi dengan baik, diantaranya. Arduino Uno, Raspberry, Display LCD TFT Raspberry, webcam, Sistem Pengukuran Berat Berbasis Load Cell 5Kg dan HX711, Buzzer, Ultrasonik, Motor DC, Modul Monster Driver Motor Shield VNH2SP30, Scanner Barcode, LCD 16×2, dan Accumulator. Sistem Keranjang Belanja Pintar dapat mengikuti objek yang sudah terkunci oleh sistem kamera webcam dengan cara menekan tombol “a” yang terdapat pada keyboard, dapat mengetahui hasil belanjaan yang tersimpan disuatu file yang sudah ditentukan dan tersimpan pada flashdisk agar file tersebut dapat dilihat oleh pihak kasir agar bisa melihat jumlah harga belanjaan, dan dapat mengetahui berat belanjaan yang sudah terdapat pada keranjang belanja maksimal 20Kg.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a serious problem that affects many aspects of children's lives. Indonesian law, especially Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, regulates legal protection for victims of child sexual violence. This study aims to conduct a juridical analysis of regulations on the crime of sexual harassment from a positive legal perspective. This study uses a normative juridical research approach. The nature of this research is descriptive and analytical. The data used is library research. The results of the study show a. Legal regulations on the protection of children from the crime of sexual harassment are contained in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in Article 15 letters d and e, Article 59 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) letter j, Article 15 A, Article 69A, Article 76E, Article 82 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2),  and Articles 289-296 of the Criminal Code. b. The form of legal protection for child victims of sexual abuse is realized through Article 69A, which emphasizes that the protection provided to children as victims of sexual abuse. This research contributes to the implementation of legal protection for child victims of sexual abuse in Indonesia, by highlighting the importance of implementing existing regulations and their important role in providing adequate social protection and rehabilitation for victims.

Abstract

Pengolahan air umpan boiler digunakan sebagai umpan boiler. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui nilai PH,Kesadahan, dan total disolved solve pada air umpan boiler dengan media air sumur di PT. DJARUM KUDUS, dengan acuan standar menurut SOC PT.Djarum Kudus. Metode penelitian penulis gunakan yaitu analisa kuantitatif. Metode analisa kuantitatif menganalisa sampel air sumur di laboratorium kimia dengan titrasi sehingga didapatkan konsentrasi Ca,Mg yang terlarut dalam sampel, sampel di ambil dari sumur 1 dan sumur 2 di PT.DJARUM Kudus. Serta analisa PH dan Kesadahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : air umpan boiler sumur 1 dengan PH 9,40, dan kesadahan 2 ppm, dan air umpan boiler pada sumur 2 dengan PH 8,90, dan Kesadahan 1,8 ppm. didapat dari penelitian tersebut PH dari Sumur 1 tidak memenuhi standart yaitu 9,40 PH. Karena tingginya pH bisa mengakibatkan korosi pada dinding pipa boiler mengganggu transfer panas dan memperpendek umur alat. Sedangkan hasil analisa kesadahan pada air sumur 1 dan sumur 2 memenuhi SOC PT. Djarum Kudus.
