Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik pemecahan masalah langkah polya berbasis model discovery learning pada materi lingkaran SMP yang memenuhi kriteria efektif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menerapkan 3 tahapan dari model pengembangan 4D, yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik pemecahan masalah langkah polya berbasis model discovery learning pada materi lingkaran SMP memenuhi kriteria efektif berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik secara klasikal yaitu sebesar 84% peserta didik yang tuntas dengan memperoleh nilai ≥ 70 dan hasil perhitungan N-gain kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dengan rata-rata N-gain 0,712 berada pada kategori “Tinggi”. Abstract

Indonesian aquaculture is one of the activities supporting production and economic activities in the fisheries sector locally and nationally. The endurance of the fish body is very dependent on the quality of the water used. One of the water quality parameters is the degree of acidity (pH). The problem in measuring the pH of water is the limited use of the pH meter sensor because the sensor probe must be cleaned regularly. One solution to overcome this problem is to make a water pH measuring instrument for aquaculture using the titration method. This tool is designed to make it easier for aquaculture farmers to measure the pH quality of water without touching the fish pond water. Research was conducted to determine the tool's design and performance specifications. The performance specifications of the water pH measuring instrument consist of mechanical design and electronic design. The results of the color reading of the pH value of the device can be displayed on a serial monitor through the Arduino IDE application or on the Bluetooth terminal serial application on Android. The design specifications of the water pH measuring instrument consist of the accuracy and accuracy of the measurement of the pH value of water with the following details: The average pH value reading error is 1.027% with an average accuracy of 98.973% and an average accuracy of 99.419%.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) as Variable (X₁), Work Discipline as variable (X₂) and Employee Productivity as variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is the production employee as much as 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and observations directly to the field.The result of the research concluded that the variable of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has a significant effect on employee work productivity, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Work Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This research is motivated by mathematical critical thinking abilities and low student dispositions, and students are less able to find other alternatives in solving the questions given by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to find out the critical thinking skills of students who get learning using MEAs better than in students who get conventional learning. And to find out the mathematical disposition of students who get learning using MEAs better than students who get conventional learning. This research was conducted at Panimbang 3 Public High School. The sample in this study was class VIII. This research method uses quasi experiments. The instrument used was a critical ability test, and a mathematical disposition scale. The results of this study show that the critical mathematical thinking skills of students who get learning using the Model Eliciting Activities MEAs model are better than students who get conventional learning. And the mathematical Disposition of students who get learning using Model Eliciting Activities MEAs is better than students who get learning conventional.
