Abstract

Kualitas jasa yang unggul dan konsisten dapat menumbuhkan kepuasan pelanggan yang pada gilirannya akan memberikan berbagai manfaat. Namun hal itu memerlukan waktu dan proses pemahaman untuk mengetahui karakteristik serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan. Untuk Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga nonprofit service merupakan suatu lembaga yang memberikan layanan jasa dengan memiliki empat karakteristik sebagai berikut, yaitu: Intangibility, Inseparability, Variability, dan Perishability. Kerangka identifikasi pelanggan perguruan tinggi meliputi tiga aspek, yaitu: pelanggan internal (akademik dan administratif), pelanggan eksternal langsung, dan pelanggan eksternal tidak langsung. Dengan demikian adanya pemahaman karakteristik, identifikasi kebutuhan dan pelanggan Perguruan Tinggi memberikan harapan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan akan mampu memberikan kepuasan pada pelanggan

Abstract

In general, this study aims to get a clear description of the events of speech acts in procession Temu Manten Javanese Traditional Wedding Ceremony containing prayers at every stage. The focus of this study include the stages of the procession Temu Manten, meaning each procession Temu Manten, and speech acts that occur at each stage of the procession Temu Manten containing prayers. This study was conducted over 6 months, in the City of Madison. Based on research problems that have been set, the design of the study is a qualitative research design. The study looked at every procession that held in Temu Manten, and seek information from several informants or sources that exist. Informants in this study are the Messiah Rias and Shaman Manten. Data collection techniques used in this research is interview, observation, recording technique, refer to the technical, and engineering notes, whereas the data analysis technique used is an interactive model. From the research findings related to the focus of the research results as follows: (1) the stages of the procession retrieval manten on Marriage Indigenous Java from three different locations in the City of Madison, all of them have a sequence of steps that together, (2) any procession Temu Manten has meaning that contain a request to Allah SWT (3) there is a non-verbal speech acts, namely the prayer said over the heart at any stage in the procession Temu Manten. Thus it can be concluded that there are religious values in the Speech Acts in procession Temu Manten Javanese Traditional Wedding Ceremony.

Abstract

The existing education in Indonesia still has relevance to the history of Indonesian education development. Even the existence of educational reform is a historical demand with the meaning that the history of Indonesia's education had experienced the golden age, with the spirit of nationalism, patriotism and so on. Therefore, education to new Indonesia requires actions that can bring about changes by reviewing the education system by: 1). Internal change is to restore full educational functions or restoring pedagogical autonomy to schools and teachers. 2). External change is to make the education system an integral part of economic reform, politics, law and other reforms that will occur in society.

Abstract

The study of aspects of human behavior in a particular group which includes aspects caused by the influence of organizations on humans as well as human influences on organizations including organizational behavior. There are two factors that influence individual behavior towards Islamic educational institutions, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include heredity (heredity or innate). External factors include the environment, maturity or experience and education. While the individual behavior analysis variables include psychological, physiological and environmental variables. Psychological variables include perceptions, personality attitudes, learning and motivation. Physiological variables include physical abilities and mental abilities. And environmental variables include family, culture and social class. As an initial understanding to be able to understand individual behavior well, it is necessary to understand the characteristics inherent in individuals which include biographical characteristics, personality, perceptions and attitudes. The verses of the Qur'an relating to individual behavior form the basis that Islamic educational institutions have hinted that humans have positive and negative potentials in behavior, and in essence the positive potential of humans is stronger than their negative potential.

Abstract

Conceptually human resource management in Indonesia is focused on understanding plan, implementing plan, and greater attention to managerial aspects and better utilization of people as organizational resources. In other words, human resource management is a reflection of the increasing significance regarding the management of people in the organization as well as a broader perspective on the assessment of this field. The urgency of human resource management, among others: First, human resource management is not only ordinary strategic activities, but also is something central in achieving organizational goals. Second, human resource managers hand over responsibility for human asset management to senior line management. Third, there is a shift from "industrial relations" to "employee relations". The fourth creation and management of organizational culture is as important as the work of the organization itself, where individuals are given the opportunity to realize their full potential. Human resource management with its concept and vision can be used as a supporting and balancing factor in the increasingly modern world of education that tends to be pursuing needs.

Abstract

emua usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan membuat pengertian kurikulum cenderung menjadi luas, karena dalam situasi di dalam maupun di luar sekolah, atau sebagai sejumlah pengalaman yang potensial yang dapat diberikan oleh sekolah dengan tujuan agar anak dan pemuda dibiasakan berpikir dan berbuat menurut kelompok atau masyarakat tempat ia hidup. Kurikulum senantiasa harus diubah karena perubahan masyarakat akibat kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perubahan kurikulum harus berjalan kontinue agar tidak usang dan ketinggalan zaman. Tiap guru harus menentukan tafsirannya sendiri. Karena ada bermacam-macam definisi tentang kurikulum,. Pilihannya itu akan mempengaruhi konsepsinya tentang tugasnya sebagai pendidik. Ia dapat menganut pendirian yang tradisional, yaitu yang berpegang pada kurikulum yang didasarkan atas subjek atau mata pelajaran yang biasanya diberikan secara terpisah-pisah, atau progresif yaitu mempelajari ilmu untuk memecahkan masalah. Beberapa cara yang khusus dalam perubahan kurikulum secara praktis ialah (1) pilot project(2) membina kader (3) memanfaatkan guru yang telah menguasai cara baru (4) menyediakan alat pengajaran (5) memeperbarui buku pelajaran (6) kerjasama antara sekolah dan universitas (7) pembaharuan kurikulum pendidikan guru (8) mendemonstrasikan suatu pembaharuan (9) memulai pembaharuan dengan satuan pelajaran.Setiap kurikulum mempunyai keempat komponen yang berikut: (1) tujuan (2) pengetahuan (3) kegiatan pengalaman belajar (4) penilai. Keempat komponen itu saling berhubungan. Perubahan kurikulum sering merupakan suatu reaksi terhadap kurikulum yang ada. Dalam pembaharuan kurikulum hendaknya sebisa mungkin dimanfaatkan kebaikan-kebaikan bentuk-bentuk kurikulum lainnya

Abstract

Non-profit organizations do not generate profits for their owners, because the money received by the non-profit organization will be used to help fund the organization's operations according to the organization's goals and objectives and distributed or donated to communities in need. The cases that occurred with the dhu'afa wallet and the Ceng Hoo mosque, both organizations are non-profit or non-profit organizations that have problems in maximizing management functions, namely program planning. Therefore, this article aims to explain non-profit or non-profit organizations and the stages of strategic management which include planning or program planning. Strategic management consists of 3 stages, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The method used is a qualitative method with a library research and content analysis approach. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This data analysis is inductive.
