Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sumber konflik, mengidentifikasi bentuk konflik, menjelaskan dampak konflik dan memahami saluran peredam konflik dualisme kepemimpinan pada Komando Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui perspektif fungsionalisme konflik Lewis Coser. Coser melihat konflik sebagai kondisi di mana secara positif, konflik membantu mempertahankan struktur sosial dan mencegah pembekuan sosial. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan pada Komando Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya Jawa Timur. Subyek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu berdasarkan keanggotaan dan penempuhan jabatan serta pendidikan dasar selama di Menwa. Teknik pengumpulan data primer meliputi wawancara, observasi dan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu dengan telaah dokumen terkait Komando Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis data Miles dan Hubermas digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan konflik dualisme kepemimpinan pada Komando Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya memunculkan pengaruh positif yaitu penguatan struktur organisasi pada Komando Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya Jawa Timur. Didasari dengan sumber konflik atas ketidakpuasan dan kekecewaan terhadap kinerja Staf dan pengabaian permohonan regenerasi Danmenwa Mahasurya periode sebelumnya. Pihak yang terlibat konflik antara lain Danmenwa versi SK Satpol PP yang dinaikan derajatnya menjadi SK Gubernur serta keputusan forum paguyuban pimpinan perguruan tinggi se- Jawa Timur dengan Danmenwa versi Komandan Komando Nasional Menwa Indonesia. Akibatnya munculah bentuk konflik dengan perebutan tongkat komando dan kegiatan pendidikan yang terbagi menjadi tiga versi dalam tahun yang sama. Saluran peredam konflik melalui audiensi dengan jajaran Pangdam V Brawijaya dan forum paguyuban pimpinan Pembantu Rektor III se Jawa Timur.              Kata Kunci: Konflik, Dualisme, Kepemimpinan, Resimen Mahasiswa Mahasurya

Abstract

The development of technology and science has encouraged the birth of a fairly rapidly growing industry; the Internet-based industry, also known as Industry 4.0. The birth of Industry 4.0 resulted in disruption in the labor sector from the production side due to changes in the status of employment relations and job security. It increasingly emphasizes capitalism in the global economy. This article will question the dynamics of the disruption in the Industry 4.0 era on the labor sector, especially in the status of employment relations. The status of employment relations is very important to be studied because it is related to social security and wages earned and job security. The data in the article are obtained from the results of research reports, journals, books, documents, and from internet sources. The data were obtained using a literature study and exploratory analysis. Analysis results showed that Industry 4.0 caused a disruption in the status of working relations, from the status of a permanent employment relations based on contract and outsourcing, to the status of freelance and precariat (odd jobs) relations. The broader impacts on the normative rights of workers were in the form of unclear wage systems, lack of social security and lack of career sustainability of workers. Therefore, a policy direction is needed to protect and improve workers’ abilities in facing Industry 4.0. Thus, it is hoped that workers will have the skills and bargaining power vis-a-vis the industry

Abstract

The era of the covid-19 pandemic, the popularity of social media shows an increasingly significant trend, especially in Indonesia. This fact is directly proportional to the emergence of various kinds of social media that offer various interesting features, one of which is the Tik-Tok application. Along with its development, many internet citizens (netizens) have used the comment feature on the content presented in the Tik-Tok application. However, this feature is used as a vehicle for self-existence through comments that are vulnerable to being included in the cyber-harassment category. This article tries to elaborate on the case of cyber harassment in the Tik Tok application in the form of hate comments on the @y***q account that occurred during the covid-19 pandemic era. Based on the theoretical framework of Social Identity, it can be explained how the phenomenon of cyber harassment is present as a consequence of technological developments which ultimately leads to Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO). Tik-Tok as social media is not friendly in presenting a gendered space that is used by women to express themselves through video content wrapped in the existence of self-identity, opposing discrimination, and denying the perpetuation of the definition of beautiful women based on other people's constructions (netizens).
