Abstract

The rise in the global popularity of Genshin Impact raises concerns about the impact of addiction on player behavior, especially regarding communication patterns. This research focuses on understanding the factors contributing to changes in communication behavior patterns among individuals addicted to the Genshin Impact game. Employing a case study approach and qualitative descriptive research methods, we aim to analyze this phenomenon through in-depth interviews with five Genshin Impact game addicts, ensuring the accuracy of the data collected. The data will be processed using the analytical theory of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, as well as the six addictions theory by Iain Brown. The findings indicate that Genshin Impact game addicts experience a euphoria phase, followed by tolerance and salience, leading to changes in their playing time. Despite the negative impacts, such as excessive playing, there are also positive outcomes, such as increased social connections and additional income. In summary, the changes in deviant behavior patterns among Genshin Impact game addicts have both negative and positive impacts.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing communication strategies implemented by PT. ECC to increase brand awareness through Instagram @ecc.co.id using the 7P marketing communication mix theory. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques, conducted through interviews with the ECC director and the digital marketing team, as well as online data from screenshots of ECC's social media and website. The findings reveal that ECC applies the 7P marketing communication mix strategy, which includes: 1) Its key products are online job listings, OPA, Career Learning, and counseling, with an online CV creation feature. 2) Product prices range from free to several million rupiah. 3) Promotion is mainly done through Instagram, utilizing creative content such as video reels and persuasive captions. 4) Online channels include the ecc.co.id website and an offline office in Yogyakarta. 5) Participants include the digital marketing team and DGV to create Instagram content. 6) The process involves the digital marketing and design teams posting 4-5 pieces of content per day. 7) The office has a minimalist design, and the website ecc.co.id plays an essential role.

Abstract

Film is a mass communication medium that can display messages in audio and visual form simultaneously aimed at a particular group. As a form of mass media, films are also used to convey ideology to the general public. So quite a few women in films are positioned as inappropriate subjects. The film Sewu Dino is a horror film that features many female characters in it. This film is a film that still views women as negative subjects because the image of the majority of female characters is depicted as weak, oppressed both physically and psychologically. The aim of this research is to see how the image of women is depicted in the horror film Sewu Dino through the signs displayed. This research uses a qualitative approach using Roland Barthes' semiotic method. As a result of this research, the author explains the representation of women's images along with the signs or symbols in the film Sewu Dino. So that viewers of the film Sewu Dino or readers of this research can understand the meaning of the denotation, connotation and myth of the representation of the image of women depicted in the film Sewu Dino, which is depicted through their physical image such as long hair and brown skin color which is in accordance with Stuart's theory of representation. Hall is reflective. Then from the psychological image, women basically have a gentle nature, have a nurturing nature, and a high level of affection, which is in accordance with Stuart Hall's representation theory, namely intentional. As well as the depiction of the social image of women in which women are depicted as having a lower position than men and only carrying out the burdens given to them so that in the end they tend to be discriminated against, oppressed, and then make them become victims and are often depicted as ghosts in films which is in accordance with Stuart's representation theory. Hall is constructional.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) adalah lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Pada praktiknya ternyata ditemukan permaslahan terkait aspek pengembangan BUMDesa, yakni kendala promosi, lemahnya jaringan pemasaran, kendala manajemen pengelolaan dan administrasi keuangan,serta masih rendahnya kecakapan sumber daya manusia dalam penguasaan teknologi komunikasi. Untuk itu program pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan pemasaran digital agar BUMDesa Amarta, Desa Pandowoharjo, Sleman, agar BUMDesa memiliki media digital yang aktif memasarkan produknya melalui konten-konten yang merangsang konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Selain itu untuk mendukung pengembangan BUMDesa ditargetkan terbentuk manajemen pengelolaan dengan membantu rebranding, keuangan dan pemasaran yang baik. Metode yang digunakan pengusul untuk merealisasikan target adalah melalui workshop terkait manajemen komunikasi pemasaran, komunikasi pemasaran virtual, manajemen pengelolaan dan keuangan. Selain itu juga dilakukan pembuatan website, media sosial, pendampingan pembuatan konten komunikasi virtual (video profil, kemasan, foto produk, e-katalog, e-pamflet) untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran berbasis digital. Hasil pengabdian adalah berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam penggunaan website, ecommers dan sistem keuangan, serta ketrampilan pembuatan konten foto produk. Kesimpulan dari terlaksananya pengabdian adalah pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, kecakapan dan kemampuan pengelola BUMDesa Amarta memanfatkan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Solid waste in the form of garbage is one of the problems that occurs in various big cities in Indonesia. TPS 3R Migunani Plalangan, Pandowoharjo Sleman Yogyakarta, using the need and assessment method, found problems that cover two aspects, namely production and marketing. Through the development of an integrated waste management ecosystem for TPS 3R Migunani, it is hoped that it can support the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) with a priority on waste management, namely through waste processing by implementing Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle by optimizing production and increasing the selling value of TPS 3R Migunani commodities, namely compost, maggots, bricks and superior Balitbangtan chickens to encourage sustainable development. The stages in implementing the method are procuring goods to sort/enrich waste. Furthermore, for the aspect of improving marketing by creating product packaging designs and also making digital marketing videos to reach a wide market so that waste management can run effectively, efficiently and sustainably. The empowerment program by providing assistance in waste management at TPS 3R Migunani, Plalangan has succeeded in helping develop a waste management ecosystem by increasing the economic value of waste and reducing waste residue disposed of at the TPA. It has also succeeded in increasing the volume of waste processing production which has boosted the production of fresh maggots and compost. The advice from the devotee for the sustainability of a sustainable waste management ecosystem in order to realize a circular economy in the Plalangan Village environment is to strengthen collaboration with various stakeholders, each of whom plays a role in waste management. Not just relying on social network approaches. Thus, slowly but surely it will be able to realize zero waste in the Plalangan Village environment and its surroundings.
