Abstract

KIT stirling engine merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam percobaan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat mempermudah pemahaman siswa terhadap materi termodinamika yang dikenal abstrak. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan KIT stirling engine yang layak sebagai media pembelajaran fisika pada materi termodinamika, hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa setelah memperoleh pembelajaran, keterlaksanaan serta respon dari siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan KIT. Model penelitian menggunakan ADDIE, yang memiliki tahapan analisis (Analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (develop), dan evaluasi (evaluate). Hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan kelayakan KIT stirling engine berdasar validasi alat diperoleh presentase 86,25% dan dari hasil uji coba alat yang menunjukkan hasil kesimpulan yang sama dengan teorinya, jadi alat dapat dikatakan telah layak digunakan. Dari hasil belajar siswa, presentase ketuntasan nilai kognitif siswa sebesar 83,3% dan untuk nilai keterampilan siswa memperoleh presentase sebesar 79,6%, dapat dinyatakan bahwa KIT stirling engine sangat efektif dan praktis sebagai media pembelajaran fisika pada materi termodinamika. Untuk presentase keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran diperoleh sebesar 93,4% dan dapat dinyatakan pembelajaran dengan KIT stirling engine sebagai media pembelajaran terlaksana sangat baik. Respon siswa terhadap KIT sebagai media pembelajaran fisika diperoleh presentase sebesar 97,4% yang dapat dinyatakan bahwa respon siswa sangat baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah KIT stirling engine layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika pada materi termodinamika dengan memenuhi aspek validitas, hasil belajar siswa, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan respon siswa. Kata Kunci: KIT stirling engine, media pembelajaran, kelayakan   Abstract Stirling engine KIT is a tool used in experiments as a learning media that can facilitate student’s understanding on the abstract thermodynamics. In this research aims to develop a proper stirling engine KIT as a media of physics learning on thermodynamic subject, students learning outcomes, implementation and student’s response to stirling engine KIT after learning. The research model uses ADDIE, which has analysis stages (Analysis), the design stages (Design), the development stages (Development), the implement stages (Implement), and the evaluation stages (Evaluate). The results of research shows stirling engine kit has feasibility with percentage 86,25% based on KIT validation and the test results of stirling engine KIT has the same conclusion with theory. It means that stirling engine KIT feasible to use for learning. From the student’s learning outcome, the percentage of student’s completeness cognitive value is 83,3% and for the student’s skill value is 79,6%, it can be stated that stirling engine KIT is effective and practical as physics learning media on the thermodynamics subject. The percentage of students learning process implementation is 93.4% and it can be stated that the using of stirling engine KIT as physics learning media is well-implemented. The using of stirling engine KIT as physics learning media has good response from student with percentage 97,4%. The conclusion of the stirling engine KIT research is feasible to use as physics learning media on thermodynamic subject by fulfilling validity aspects, student learning outcomes, learning implementation, and student response. Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to develop an effective physics learning media used in a short learning time. This study aims to develop a package of worksheets based on an inquiry learning model that is integrated with traditional games. This research is a research and development using 4D model which is carried out at the define, design and develop stages. Validation was carried out by 3 experts and the worksheets were tested on 45 students of class X consisting of online and offline classes. The results of the development show that the momentum practicum worksheet is 3.68 in the valid range, the law of conservation momentum practicum worksheet is 3.66 in the valid and very good range, the coefficient of restitution and type of collision practicum worksheets are 3.74 and 3.73 in the valid and very good range, also the worksheet package scored 3.67 which means valid and very good. The implementation of learning is 98.21% and the readability questionnaire shows that 82.27% of students agree that the worksheet developed is very interesting and easy to use. The achievement of the inquiry process in the online class is 86.10 while in the offline class is 93.84. The results show that this worksheet is effective in optimizing the inquiry process both online and offline so that it can be used to investigate the topic of momentum and impulse by class X science students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
