Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality simultaneously and partially on satisfaction of residents of Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartments and to find out the dominant influential variables. This study uses primary data from questionnaires with 110 respondents. Measurements using a Likert scale and processed statistically using the formula of multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 program, namely the F test and t test at a significant level α (0.05). F Test Results proved correct, Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Attention (X5) simultaneously had a significant effect on the satisfaction of Apartment residents. The t-test results proved correct, physical evidence (X1), responsiveness (X3) and attention (X5) partially had a significant effect. Whereas Reliability (X2) and Guarantees (X4) proved partially no significant effect. Proved to be true Physical evidence (X1) has a dominant influence on the satisfaction of residents of Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartments "with the largest β (Beta) coefficient of 0.419 compared to the other independent variables. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable, namely Service Quality (X) which was analyzed together on the dependent variable namely Apartment Occupational Satisfaction (Y) with R Square of 66.8%, while the remaining 33.2% was influenced by other variables not present in the study this.Keywords: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Response, Guarantee, Attention, apartment Occupational Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the community partnership program activities (PKM) is the empower the target audience to have knowledge about the importance of utilizing leisure time with positive activities that can bring profit or additional income, namely by making handicrafts made from plastic waste. Utilizatio of plastic waste is still rarely done in area where citizens do not pay attention to things such as craft creativity by using waste at the Magersari Permai housing in Sidoarjo Regency there is also no attempt to use plastic waste that is processed into handicraft. In addition, there are still many young mothers  who are still productive but do not have jobs only as housewives  who have a lot of free time, which has been used a lot of unproductive things  such as watching TV or chatting with neighborn. The benefit of this PKM activity is that the holding  of this community service is expected to be useful or useful for 1) Increasing the knowledge of mothers about the importance of utilizing free time with beneficial and beneficial  activities 2) Increasing the skills of mothers in making craft. 3) Maintaining and creating environmental hygiene by utilizing plastic waste into handicrafts that have a selling value that can increase  the familys economic income.Keywords: Handicrafts, Plastic, Waste, and Creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak daripada penutupan Lokalisasi Padang Bulan,  Turian, Gempol Porong, Bomo Waluyo, Padang Pasir  dan LCM  yang begitu terkenal di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Bahkan praktik prostitusi di Lokalisasi tersebut  merupakan 6 lokalisasi dengan jumlah penghuni yang paling banyak dari 11 lokalisasi yang berada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan pendekatan diskritif  dengan Teknik analisis kualitatif untuk menggambarkan deskripsi dampak multiplier effect praktik Eks Lokalisasi Padang Bulan,  Turian, Gempol Porong, Bomo Waluyo, Padang Pasir  dan LCM  terhadap kehidupan masyarakat daerah sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik indepth interview (wawancara mendalam), sehingga data yang dihasilkan berbentuk uraian panjang tentang realitas sosial yang diteliti.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan ditutupnya 11  lokalisasi tersebut maka berdampak pada bidang usaha ,kegiatan ekonomi dan pendapatan usaha masyarakat di sekitar lokalisasi mengalami penurunan

Abstract

The Pincara Village area has one of the potential of a tourist village in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. Pincara Tourism Village has a beautiful landscape so that it can be used as a natural tourism object with the uniqueness, authenticity, social, and culture of the community. The development of the potential of the Pincara Tourism Village must be more focused so that its development and development can be better. The aim of the research is to see the feasibility of the Pincara Tourism Village and to find out the direction for the development of the Tourism Village. In achieving the objectives of the research, several stages of tourism potential analysis were carried out in order to determine the potential attractiveness of the Pincara tourism village which was feasible to be developed, besides using a SWOT analysis in determining the development directions that must be carried out in determining the development direction that will be applied to the Tourism Village. The result of this research is that Pincara Tourism Village is a tourism village that is feasible to be developed with excellent village potential to further improve the development strategy carried out in the form of a Master Plan for the development of the Tourism Village area, maximizing the processing of tourism potential, increasing government cooperation with the community in developing village potential, utilizing the functional relationship of the surrounding villages.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is an important factor for the success of the banking industry, both to create short-term and long-term profits in terms of finances and company reputation. This research was then aimed at analysing the influence of continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, partnering programs, and corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty and the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in this relationship. This research used a quantitative approach, with the chosen population being all customers who use all types of products or services at Bank Jatim Main Branch Surabaya. The sample determined was 250 samples, selected using purposive sampling. Research data was obtained through a survey mechanism, and the research data was then analysed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The results of data analysis showed that continuity marketing, partnering programs, and corporate social responsibility had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while one-to-one marketing did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, partnering programs, corporate social responsibility, and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty. This research also proved that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of continuity marketing and corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri Desa Larangan Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan Penyusunan Perencanaan Usaha Pengolahan Sampah ini lebih menekankan pada pemberdayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga terbangun kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Ditinjau dari berbagai aspek, rencana pengembangan usaha pengolahan sampah di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri sangat baik. Dari aspek lingkungan akan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, dari aspek kesehatan akan meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, dari aspek kebijakan pemerintah sangat mendukung go green yang dicanangkan pemerintah sidoarjo, dari aspek sosial akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat (warga perumahan). Pangsa pasar (konsumen) dari produk pengolahan sampah daur ulang adalah industri rumah tangga (home industri), industri manufaktur pertanian/perkebunan. Industri rumah tangga yang memanfaatkan produk daur ulang adalah industri kerajian. Industri manufaktur memanfaatkan produk daur ulang digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri. Petani, usaha pertamanan memanfaatkan sampah organik untuk pupuk kompos. Untuk Mengembangkan usaha pengolahan sampah diperlukan investasi awal berupa lahan, bangunan dan peralataan sekitar Rp. 422.000.000,- Secara financial rencana usaha pengolahan sampah yang akan dikembangkan di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri menguntungkan karena menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian invetasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keberadaan pasar modern terhadap pedagang pasar tradisional di Kota Balikpapan. Pasar modern, yang menawarkan fasilitas dan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, telah berkembang pesat dan berpotensi mengubah dinamika perdagangan di pasar tradisional. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari pedagang, pengelola pasar modern, serta pengunjung pasar, untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan yang terjadi dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasar modern memberikan kontribusi baik kepada pemerintah maupun masyarakat Kota Balikpapan. Kontribusi keberadaan pasar modern tersebut berupa peningkatan PAD, penyerapan tenaga kerja, penyediaan alternatif sarana belanja, peningkatan PDRB dan daya beli masyarakat. Selain itu juga keberadaan pasar modern juga mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap keberadaan pasar tradisional, seperti terjadinya penurunan pengunjung pasar tradisional, yang akhirnya akan terjadi penurunan omset penjualan pedagang pasar tradisional. Banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh pasar tradisional seperti adanya keterbatasan modal, kebersihan pasar, keamanan dan ketertiban pasar, tata letak stand kurang teratur, keterbatasan sarana penunjang pasar, pengetahuan pedagang pengelolaan usaha kurang. Meskipun demikian, beberapa pedagang pasar tradisional juga masih mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan menawarkan barang-barang yang tidak tersedia di pasar modern. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana pasar tradisional dan pasar modern dapat berjalan berdampingan serta rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat mendukung keberlanjutan pasar tradisional tanpa menanggalkan daya saingnya.
