Abstract

The main purpose of the research is to produce Interactive Electronic Book (BUDIN) using Flip PDF Professional which is valid, practically, and effectiveness. Validity is based on validity of learning, material, and media; practically is based on the implementation and constraints of learning; and effectiveness is based on higher order thinking skills and responses. Type of research is development using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) and the subject of research is 19 student of Dharma Wanita Surabaya high school (XI grade of Science). The technique of data collection are questionare, observation, and test. Interactive Electronic Book (BUDIN) declared feasible if the percentage of validity (learning,material, media); practically (learnings implementation and constraints), and effectiveness (higher order thinking skills and students response) ≥61% with good and excellent category. The result of the research showed that the validity of interactive electronic book (BUDIN) are excellent (learning 97,92%;material 95,00%; media 93,75%); the practically is excellent (learnings implementation 94,07%) and effectiveness are good based on higher order thinking skills (analysis 78,94%, evaluate 73,68%, creation (structure 77,47%, fluency and flexibility 75,95%, link 75,21%, and novelty 73,68% )) and students responses is excellent with percentage between 84,21% to 94,74%. The conclusion of the research is that interactive electronic book (BUDIN) using Flip PDF Professional is feasible of being used to train higher order thinking skills. Abstract

Kesalahan besar ekonomi konvensional ialah menjadikan uang sebagai komoditas, sehingga keberadaan uang saat ini lebih banyak diperdagangkan daripada digunakan sebagai alat tukar dalam perdagangan. Lembaga perbankan konvensional juga menjadikan uang sebagai komoditas dalam proses pemberian kredit. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah bunga (interest). Uang yang memakai instrumen bunga telah menjadi lahan spekulasi empuk bagi banyak orang di muka bumi ini. Kesalahan konsepsi itu berakibat fatal terhadap krisis hebat dalam perekonomian sepanjang sejarah, khususnya sejak awal abad 20 sampai sekarang. Krisis moneter yang pernah melanda dunia saat ini, yang menyebabkan krisis ekonomi yang berkepanjangan. Seruan menggunakan kembali dinar dirham ini mendapat perhatian dari berbagai pihak, khususnya para kelompok Islam untuk mengkaji ulang sistem moneter yang telah berlangsung selama ini yang berjalan dengan standar uang kertas (fiat money).Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pengaturan penggunaan dinar dirham dalam perdagangan antar negara Islam dan juga menguraikan perbandingan fungsinya dengan uang kertas. serta memberikan penjelasan mengapa penggunaan dinar dirham dalam perdagangan internasional dianggap lebih menguntungkan dan dapat memperkuat perekonomian negara Islam. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan komparatif yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa catatan atau literatur yang berisi tentang instrumen pembayaran dalam perdagangan internasional. Penelitian ini menekankan pada penelitian kepustakaan (library research).Setelah melakukan pembahasan dan analisa, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa antar negara Islam harus ada suatu peraturan dan undang-undang bersama yang membolehkan uang dinar dan dirham bisa digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran/ transaksi perdagangan internasional. Kemudian, setelah dilihat dari segi fungsinya ternyata dinar dirham memiliki fungsi yang sempurna daripada uang kertas. Penggunaan dinar dirham lebih memiliki banyak keuntungan dibandingkan dengan uang kertas, salah satunya mengurangi dan menghapus resiko nilai tukar.

Abstract

For centuries, the dinar and dirham have been recognized as the most stable and sharia-compliant official trading instruments. In Indonesia, dinars and dirhams may be used with specific qualifications. However, the precedent for arresting scholar Zaim Saidi for organizing a muamalah market using dinar-dirham is a bad practice of punishing innovation in the use of dinar-dirham, which reduces the development of the sharia economy in Indonesia. The acquittal of the Depok District Court (PN) No. 202/Pid.Sus/2021/PNDpk proves the ignorance of the state (in this case, the police and the prosecutor's office) regarding the concept of using dinars and dirhams themselves. This study aims to educate the public and state civil servants regarding the use of dinar and dirham in Indonesia and support their use as currency in Indonesia. This research method is a normative juridical research method with a conceptual approach, a statute approach, and a case approach based on the Depok District Court decision. The study results indicate that the judge's consideration in deciding this case was correct, and it is hoped that the results of the appeal to this case can strengthen the decision of the District Court at the first level. The development of the use of the dinar-dirham must also be encouraged to strengthen the Indonesian economy. Hopefully, this case will not become a scourge for sharia economic activists to carry out economic innovations using dinars and dirhams in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the contributions and threats of AI in education so that it can contribute to technological development in the SDGs 2030 era. The method in this research is qualitative using literature study. The contributions of AI in education include personal virtual tutors, adaptive learning systems, learning Chabot, game-based learning, AI based assessment systems, educational data analysis, automatic evaluation, accessibility and inclusiveness, assistants for learning, and helping to develop curriculum. The contribution of AI in education is very helpful for students to improve their skills and knowledge. It is expected that more will be able to participate in SDGs 4 (Quality Education). Threats of AI in education include data privacy and security, technology gaps, dependence on technology, fraud, and algorithm imperfections. Thus, there should be collaboration with AI experts to develop strategies and data simulations to minimize the threats.
