Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang berorientasi kurikulum 2013, mengetahui respon siswa, dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) yang Berorientasi Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimental desain pre-test dan post-test group. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MIPA-4. Metode analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan metode validasi, metode tes dan metode non tes. Subjek penelitian diberikan pre-test sebelum treatment dan diberikan post-test setelah treatment. Kelayakan ditinjau dari tingkat validitas berdasarkan hasil  validasi oleh ahli meliputi kelayakan silabus 98%, RPP 95%, LKS 90%, buku siswa 88% dan lembar soal 88%. Berdasarkan nilai pre-test dan post-test diperoleh nilai t pada kelas XI MIPA-4 menggunakan uji t-signifikan sebesar 16,85. Nilai t yang diperoleh lebih besar daripada ttabel. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada materi kontinuitas dan asas Bernoulli  dengan  model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang berorientasi kurikulum 2013 dapat meningkat secara signifikan dan skor gain ternormalisasi sebesar 0,64 termasuk kategori sedang, keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD yang berorientasi kurikulum 2013 dapat meningkat secara signifikan dan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,23 dengan kategori baik, respon siswa menunjukkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang dilaksanakan dengan persentase sebesar 86% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci :  Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Kurikulum 2013 Abstract This Research aimed to describe the learning process using the cooperative learning method type STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) which oriented to the curriculum 2013, to know students responsibility, and to find know the enhancement of the students learning outcomes using the cooperative learning method type STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) which oriented to the curriculum 2013. The designned by using one group pre-test and post-test design. The Subject of this research is class XI MIPA-4. The Analytical methode of this research use Validation Methode, Testical Methode, and Non-Testical Methode. The subject is given pre-test before the treatment and post-test after the treatment. Feasibility in terms of the validity based on the results of validation by the covering feasibility syllabus 98 % , lesson plans 95 % , lks 90 % , book students 88 % and a exercise 88 %. Based on value pre-test and post-test obtained value t on class XI MIPA-4 use of 16,85 t-signifikan test. Value t were greater than t-tabel .Of this research can be concluded that study results students on subjects of of continuity and the principle of bernoulli with the cooperative learning method type stad oriented curriculum 2013 can increase significantly and a score the gain ternormalisasi of 0,64 including medium category , the enhancement of the student’s outcomes using the cooperative learning method type stad oriented curriculum 2013 can increase significantly and total an average of 3,23 to a category good, response students show the cooperative learning method type stad conducted with the by 86 % category very good. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa: strategi dan pendekatan yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Jenis penelitian studi pustaka digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman yang mendalam tentang suatu topik atau fenomena dengan menganalisis literatur dan sumber-sumber yang relevan yang dimana dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa: strategi dan pendekatan yang efektif. Adapun data, diperoleh melalui kajian dan analisis terhadap berbagai referensi seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik yang diteliti dan kemudian peneliti menarik benang merah dan menyimpulkan dari hasil temuan dan kajian penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa strategi dan pendekatan yang afektif untuk memotivasi belajar siswa yakni dengan Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan siswa. Mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata. Menyajikan tugas yang menantang. Memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif. Membuat pembelajaran menarik. Menggunakan reward dan penghargaan. Memberikan otonomi dan pilihan kepada siswa. Menyajikan tujuan yang jelas dan terukur. Menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Membangun keterhubungan antar pelajaran. Merayakan kemajuan dan prestasi siswa. Mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa. Membangun lingkungan pembelajaran yang aman

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of traditional principles in the curriculum of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Pamekasan. In order to achieve this goal, this research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques involve a series of procedures that include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis technique from Miles and Huberman, by doing four ways, namely reducing data, presenting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study make a significant contribution in designing a future hybrid education model. This model is rooted in traditional values, yet remains relevant to the demands of modern times. Thus, this research proves that modern education and traditional values can go hand in hand. This allows the younger generation to understand and appreciate their cultural heritage, while remaining prepared for the challenges of the future. This research is expected to provide new and valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers in the same field. As such, this study has the potential to enrich academic literature and educational practice.

Abstract

The quality of education is fundamentally determined by the performance of teachers, who act as the primary agents in translating curriculum goals into meaningful learning experiences. Effective teacher performance supervision is therefore essential to ensure accountability, professional growth, and sustainable quality improvement within educational institutions. This study aims to examine the implementation and evaluation of teacher performance supervision at SMPIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan, focusing on planning, execution, leadership, monitoring, and innovation in supervisory practices. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, systematic observations, and document analysis. Participants included school principals, supervisors, and teachers selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that, although supervision planning has been established, its implementation remains constrained by limited human and technical resources. Supervision activities were carried out but lacked consistent feedback and follow-up mechanisms. Leadership demonstrated collaborative efforts, yet managerial coordination requires further strengthening. Evaluation and control of supervision were conducted progressively through formative and summative assessments, emphasizing reflective practice and continuous improvement. Moreover, creative and innovative ideas such as digital supervision records, peer mentoring, and thematic evaluation workshops have been introduced to enhance efficiency and transparency. Overall, the study concludes that teacher performance supervision at SMPIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan contributes positively to the professional development of teachers but requires stronger strategic planning and digital integration to achieve optimal outcomes in educational quality.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar merupakan tahap pertama dalam pembentukan kepribadian dan nilai-nilai individu, serta menjadi landasan penting bagi perkembangan sosial dan moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis keberadaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan dan SDN Pejagan 3 Bangkalan, 2) mengetahui proses strengthening moderasi beragama di lembaga pendidikan dasar, 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan 4) dampak strengthening nilai moderasi beragama di SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan dan SDN Pejagan 3 Bangkalan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data didasarkan pada Bogdan dan Biklen (1982) yang menyatakan bahwa dalam desain penelitian multi-situs, terdapat dua tahap analisis data: (1) analisis data situs tunggal atau individual; dan (2) analisis data didasarkan pada teori data lintas situs. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan dan SDN Pejagan 3 Bangkalan sudah dipraktikkan dengan baik dan dicapai melalui praktik sehari-hari seperti akhlak, shodakho, ibadah, dan pengamalan pembelajaran Islam. Melalui kebiasaan tersebut, siswa mampu mengembangkan karakter yang toleran dan mampu memahami perbedaan yang ada. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat berasal dari guru dan orang tua yang berperan penting dalam memantau proses pembelajaran, proses ibadah, dan perilaku siswa. Peningkatan moderasi beragama di kalangan siswa berdampak pada terciptanya rasa toleransi dan saling menghormati serta menimbulkan kesan positif di masyarakat yang berpusat di sekitar SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan dan SDN Pejagan 3 Bangkalan.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the implementation of religious values in strengthening religious moderation through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research results show that SDIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan implements learning strategies to strengthen attitudes of religious moderation including direct learning, dialogue, and familiarization with practices that contain elements of religious moderation. The research results also show that students show a good understanding of religious moderation and more tolerant behavior and respect for differences. Based on these findings, it also indicates that Islamic Religious Education not only functions to increase religious knowledge, but also plays an important role in forming moderate and inclusive student attitudes. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of Islamic religious education that is more moderate and adaptive to the challenges of a pluralistic society. Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of character education based on Madurese local wisdom at SMPIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan. The research aims to describe how local cultural values are integrated into school activities to develop tolerant and religious students. This study employed a qualitative case study method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the values of “buppa’, babbu’, guru, rato’” are embedded through religious, social, and cultural activities, such as congregational prayers, Friday charity, community service, and the use of polite Madurese language. These practices have strengthened students’ discipline, religiosity, social awareness, and tolerance. The discussion reveals that habituation and teacher exemplarity are key to internalizing these values, aligning with Lickona’s and Bourdieu’s theories of moral and cultural formation. In conclusion, Madurese local wisdom-based character education effectively nurtures tolerant, ethical, and culturally rooted students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision by the school principal in enhancing teachers' pedagogical competence at SMPIT Mutiara Ilmu Bangkalan. The research is driven by the phenomenon of "supervision anxiety" among teachers and the principal's time constraints. A qualitative descriptive approach was utilized. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that supervision is implemented through three systematic stages: collaborative planning, humanistic-Islamic observation, and digital-based evaluation. To mitigate psychological barriers, the principal internalizes Islamic values such as ukhuwah (brotherhood). The integration of Information Technology (IT) in the supervision process significantly enhances time efficiency. This holistic model effectively improves teachers' pedagogical skills, particularly in lesson planning and the integration of Islamic values across the curriculum.
