Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the application of management information systems in improving the quality of administrative services at the PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari with the research method used is descriptive qualitative, a description of the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies, the data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of the study aim that the Application of Management Information Systems in the PT. TASPEN (Persero) Kendari Branch Is Not Effective Enough, the hardware dimensions of the program have been well implemented, the dimensions of the software program have been implemented quite well, the database dimensions of the program have not been maximized, the dimensions of this program procedure have been implemented quite well, then the dimensions of program officers have been implemented. Well done. Quality of Administration Services in the Office of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Kendari Branch is not good enough, the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention have been carried out well, while the dimensions of this physical evidence are not good enough.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the performance of the study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari . The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from interviews with informants, namely 4 people who know about the role of the principal in improving teacher performance. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been voiced, that the role of the principal in improving the performance of study teachers at SMPN 9 Kendari consists of 2 indicators, namely the role of the principal consisting of educator (educator), manager (manager), administrator, supervisor (supervisor), leader (leader), and innovator (innovator). Then the employee teacher performance consists of ability (ability) and motivation (motivation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of state civil servants at the Kendari City Land Office. The Population and sampel in this study at the Kendari City Land Office as many as 33 people. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis method in this study is simple linear regression using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Kendari City Land Office. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination of 26,4% and the remaining 73,6% due to other factors. Then from the research results using simple linear regression analysis shows that the performance allowance X affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus Y at the Kendari City and Office as evidences by the regression coefficient value which is significant positive Y = 17,376 + 0,465 X (Y = a + b X). The b efficiency is called the regression direction coefficient and states the change in the mean of variable Y for changes in variable X for the increasein the value of b which is positive and decreasesb if b is negative. So that from this equation it can be interpreted: 1.) constans (a) of 17,376 explains that if the independent variable in this case the performance allowance variable is zero (no value), then the performance value of the State Civil Apparatus is 17,376 or is in the category of influence. 2.) Of  0,465% means that if there is an addition, in this case the performance allowance increases by 1 (one) value, it will result in an increases in the performance value StateCivil Apparatus to increases by 0.465. The coefficient is positive, meaning that the performance allowance has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the development of state civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency to identify and describe the performance of civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques carried out by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Development of State Civil Apparatus Resources in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province has improved, it can be seen that education to occupy positions in organizations is given to him to advance to a higher and better level and training. what has been done has helped employees understand practical knowledge and its application, And the performance of State Civil Service Employees is enough to carry out their work well because Civil Servants can serve the community well, but are friendly, but sometimes there are employees who do not understand their work and also the timeliness or discipline where there are still employees who come late and even a leader rarely comes to the office.
